How Caroline falls in love with Klaus

Davina woke up the next day. At first she didn't know where she was. Then she remembered. She was spying on Klaus for Marcel until he rescued her. Klaus was never going to hurt anyone anymore.

CAROLINE: Davina?

Davina quickly went out of bed.

DAVINA: Oh... Hi Caroline.

CAROLINE: Good morning. How have you slept?

DAVINA: Um good actually. The bed is pretty comfortable.

CAROLINE: That's also what I thought the first time I woke up in here.

DAVINA: You... You were in this room?

CAROLINE: The first day I arrived here yes. I have to thank Marcel for that. He was the one who kidnapped me and brought me here.

DAVINA: Marcel did what? No. Why would he do that to you? You have never hurt him.

CAROLINE: But Klaus loves to protect me. Marcel knew that he would do anything to save me and I almost starved to death.

Davina was surprised. She never thought Marcel would do something like that. Maybe he wasn't as good as Davina thought he was.

DAVINA: I'm sorry. I didn't know.

CAROLINE: Don't worry. Sometimes people aren't what they seem.

DAVINA: You say it for Klaus?

CAROLINE: Maybe

The way Caroline said it let Davina know that she may be closer to Klaus than she first thought.

CAROLINE: I brought you some clothes. The bathroom is right next to your room. Go have a shower and join us for breakfast.

DAVINA: Won't they be mad at me? I used their brother to try to kill them.

CAROLINE: They won't. Trust me.

Davina decided to trust her. She woke up and walked toward the bathroom. She was starting to feel bad for spying on the Mikaelsons but she had to do it. Marcel needed her, right?

Rebekah, Hayley and Klaus were having breakfast. Well, Hayley was the only one actually eating, Klaus and Rebekah were waiting for Caroline to come downstairs. They needed to talk about Davina.

HAYLEY: Are you going to eat that?

KLAUS: You know I don't eat. And please, swallow before you speak.

HAYLEY: Oh sorry your Majesty, I didn't know I was living with the royalty.

Rebekah laughed.

KLAUS: It's great to know that you are entertained by my presence.

In that moment Caroline entered the room and Klaus' full attention focused on Caroline's bright blonde hair and wide smile.

KLAUS: So, what did our guest say?

CAROLINE: She is probably trying to spy on us. She still thinks that Marcel is coming to get her.

KLAUS: That is sad.

REBEKAH: Do we know what Marcel wants to do?

KLAUS: He has been talking to some vampires. I guess he is trying to build an army and attack us.

REBEKAH: Does he really think he has a chance against The Originals?

KLAUS: He clearly believes that.
