Dean's POV
It has been a week since the new girl arrived, but I haven't seen her since. Not many people have. She hasn't wrestled yet, or had any type of promo. I still don't know what her name is, and to be quite frank, it's bugging me. Although, I suppose time will tell and I'll find out eventually, I'll just have a nagging feeling at the back of my brain.
Right now through, I had to focus on this dumbass workout Seth and Roman had put together. I'd much prefer to do it myself; I find peace in solitude. The quiet helps me to relax.
"New girl, 12 O'Clock" Roman said quietly. Seth and I turned our heads to the door and sure enough, in walked the new girl. She was wearing plain, simple grey gym gear, but it looked nice on her.
Before I turn back to face Roman, Seth whizzed past me and headed straight for her. I had to stifle a laugh as her face turned into a horrified expression as Seth approached her.
"Hey" He said "I'm Seth" I saw her nod.
"That's nice" She smiled a little. I could tell Seth was dying to ask her what her name was, and he was thinking of a way to ask that didn't sound pushy.
"So do you have a beautiful name to match your beautiful face?" I heard him ask and I mentally facepalmed myself with a quiet groan. 'Nice going Rollins' I thought to myself. Looking over at Roman, I noticed he was facing downwards, but his face was scrunched up as if he was trying not to laugh.
She raised her eyebrows and tilted her head at Seth. After a few seconds, she sighed, patted him on the shoulder and looked him dead in the eyes.
"If that's you're attempt to chat me up" She begun "Don't waste your time" She grinned sweetly at him, before skipping to the other end of the gym.
'She really is something' I thought as Seth came back with a sulky pout on his face.
"She really handed it to you, man" Roman finally let out his laugh.
"Shut up" Seth snapped and carried on with his workout. I laughed, shaking my head.
Later that day
Monday Night RAW
I had no match, much to my dismay. I missed the times when The Shield were together, Roman, Seth and I had obviously stayed brothers afterwards. But I just missed it.
I was wandering around the hallways as I had nothing to do. Then I realised I was lost.
"Well, shit" I muttered to myself. How had that happened? I literally left catering 30 seconds ago, and I'm already lost? I hugged and set about finding my way back to where most people would be.
I walked past a dark, empty hallway, then backtracked immediately. Sitting on a cart, was new girl.
'Might as well talk to her' I thought 'can't do worse than Rollins'
I slowly walked up to her and then sat down next to her. She sighed and turned to me before I could even breathe.
"I've had guys come up to me all day trying to chat me up, so if that's what you're trying to do, please don't" She breathed.
"I wasn't going to" I told her honestly. I had absolutely no intentions of dating her, I mean I don't even know her name. "I don't hit on people when I don't know their name" I hinted, desperately trying to get her to tell me.
She craftily ignored my dig by turning it back around on me.
"So, what name were you lumbered with?" She asked. Way to put it.
"Ring name?" I asked "Or real name?" I didn't feel at all like we were in real name basis, but hey, I'm flexible.
"Ring name. Easier for me to remember" She tapped her temple with her pale forefinger.
"Dean Ambrose" I introduced myself. "WWE's resident lunatic, at your service" I would've bowed if I wasn't sitting down.
She raised her eyebrows in an amused way.
"Ah yes. Ambrose huh? I've heard a lot about you and your crazy antics already" She chuckled.
"You have?"
"Mmm. Sorry to say, I'll be giving you a run for your money" She grinned darkly at me.
"You will, will you?" I smirked, she responded with a nod.
"This may be the Ambrose Asylum for now, but soon, it will be Marissa's Madhouse" She tilted her head and gave me a sweet smile, before hopping off the cart and skipping down the deserted hallway.
