Oh fuck. I'm screwed. They found out that know about their plan. Parties with drunk assholes who tend to announce what you're doing is not the best place to eavesdrop. They turn towards me, eyes glinting, and one pulls a pistol out of the back of his pants. I back up slowly, then turn and run.
I'm shoving through people, ignoring the many surprised exclamations. I can feel them practically breathing down my neck. I run out the front doors, pushing some poor lady out of my way.
The government party I'm in has giant metal fences that are impossible to climb. They make sure of that. They have the gate closed on it, a big regal flower looking gate, and I'm trapped.
The government agents chasing me are so close I can see the whites of their eyes, and the glint of triumph in their expression. One of them charges me, and I kick him in the face with my heel, sending him flying. I catch a shiver in the bush, see blood red eyes, seconds before a big black dog leaps at me and pins me to the ground. One of the agents leans over me as I'm struggling with the dog, and pokes me with a syringe filled with green liquid.
"You will never win. This world is going to hell, and we need to cleanse it, starting with you." The agent stands over me, and as my vision is fading, I hear him laugh. My head and hands fall limp, and I'm out.
