Lighthouse On The Hill

A ship lost at sea as a soul lost in life

Like angry waves that rock the boat it's struggles cause nothing but strife

But in the midst of the raging war within they're heart can be still

For out in the distance just beyond our reach is the lighthouse on the hill

It's bright bold light burns streaks of hope through the night sky

Saving the souls, lives and memories of all those who travel by

For when all seems lost and death seems near

That simple shining light can take away all fear

So when you've exhausted all you have and there is nothing left to give

Find your lighthouse, sail to it so that for once you may live
