(If some of the character names didn't give you enough of a hint, this is supposed to be in an anime style for all of you trying to visualize whats happening.  Also relating to that, I'm trying really hard to make the names sound like they would fit in an anime but it's hard and I just can't do it for everybody.  I am trying my best.)

"The human mind has two basic fears: falling and loud noises.  Everything else is developed on your own.  When people scream or talk loudly, you find yourself flinching.  If somebody pushes a little too hard, you find yourself grappling at air, trying to regain some form of balance.  But never you worry, it is only natural.  Of course everybody knows this, but not everybody knows why.  There are a select few who care to know that one very important question: why?  Why do people make things like games and music?  Why do people develop fears?  Why do people fall in love?"

"Why are you so incredibly boring"

Everyone in the room gasped and turned their heads to look at a girl who was sitting in the back of the room.
Mr. Alltesto (everyone calls him Mr. A, including myself) looked up and sighed.  "Eve, if your so intent of disrupting my class then please show yourself to the door, it's right there".

Eva rolled her eyes at him but didn't leave.  "Now then" Mr. A said clearing his throat.  "The assignment I gave you all yesterday will be due next week and- but he was cut off by the sound of the bell before he could finish his sentence.  "MAKE SURE YOU TYPE IT" he shouted over the noise of students leaving his classroom.  As usual I was the last one to finish packing up my things, too slow for my own good I guess.  "Have a nice day" Mr. A said giving me a warm smile.  I smiled back but didn't say anything.  As I left the classroom I saw that Eva girl standing and talking to some other boy in a wheelchair. Now that I looked harder, I could see the different colors surrounding her.  Her hair was jet black, and she was wearing the usual school uniform: white shirt and a red skirt.  She also had on a pair of brown cycling gloves.  I had noticed those before, she wore them everyday, but I was unsure why.  I don't actually think she bikes.  All in all she had a fitting color combination.  Yes, this is what I look at in others.  Colors just seem so interesting with all their varying shades and tones and tints, its all just so diverse.  "What are you staring at" Eva snapped.  I quickly looked at the floor and walked a little faster.  I followed the large crowd of students heading out the front doors of the school.  I veered off from the main crowd the second we got off of school grounds.  I took a sharp left turn and walked a ways, hopping over the railing that separated the road from the shipyard.  I walked over to the furthest dock and sat down, panting heavily and looking at the fish that swam around at my feet.  I sighed and laid down.  This was the one place where I could just sit and relax and have some quiet time to myself.  As I laid there just staring up at the sky I started to think about home.  My mom is probably wondering where I am right now.  My phone suddenly buzzed under me, making me jump.  Speak of the devil.

Mom: Why aren't you home yet??

Got caught up at school, will be home soon

I stood up and stretched my legs looking back at the water one more time until I finally started to leave.  Before I even got to the railing, I heard a clatter from inside of one of the storage areas.  That's odd, the workers all leave after 4:30.  I made my way over to the small warehouse and slowly opened the door.  There was no light switch so all I could see was the faint glow of something, in the middle of the room.  I walked over to it being careful not to trip over anything that might be on the floor.  I looked down to see a large metal ring in the middle of the floor.  It had what looked to be red and blue gemstones lining the top of it, but they were filled with a strange liquid that matched the stones color.  The machine didn't seem to do anything, so I decided to leave.  But before I was able to turn around, a bolt of green electricity shot out from the middle of the machine; striking me in the chest.  The green bold stayed connected to me and the machine and I was just standing there, baffled as to what was happening.  Suddenly I felt immense pain as the electricity tried to receed, but seemed to be stuck to me.  It pulled back again and I fell to my knees, not knowing how much more of this I could take.  On the third pull, the pain became too much to bear and I passed out.

When I came to the first thing I noticed was that I was no longer in the warehouse.  I looked down to see that I was laying in soft grass.  All around was just a field actually.  Panic really set in though when I saw my hands.  They were  a light orange color and almost transparent, holographic even.  In fact, my entire body was like this.  I stood up and tried to take it all in.  Where am I?  What am I?! Suddenly I heard a noise from behind me and I whirled around, flowers springing up at the place where my arm passed over.  Now I was really confused. What is happening?  Out of the corner of my eye, I saw something moving.  From this distance it looked just like a blue blur.  Whatever it was quickly spotted me.  We just stood there, staring at each other while I contemplated wether or not to run.  The blue thing slowly walked toward me.  I just started at it.  Run, run, RUN!  But my body was not listening to my commands.  I was frozen in place and I didn't know why.  As the blue thing got very close, I realized that it wasn't an "it" but a "he".  The boy seemed to also be nearly transparent, but just a dark blue instead.  He was now close enough that we could touch.  I took a step back, crushing some of the flowers.  He took a step forward and I tried to step back but my foot caught on a root.  I tumbled backwards but the boys arms shot out and caught me.  We were now close enough that our faces were almost touching.  "Could you uhh... "Oh yeah, sorry".  The boy let go of me and I fell on my butt.  He sat down next to me, lightly chuckling.  "So I didn't catch your name"  he said smiling brightly at me.  "O-oh, uh it's A-aikato" I managed to stutter out.  "Cool, my name's Mohori, but you can just call me Moho".  Moho suddenly started laughing.  "W-whats so funny"?  "Why do you look so terrified"? He said between laughs.  "I DONT KNOW WHERE I AM" I screamed.  Moho seemed to be taken  aback by my sudden outburst.  "Well your in the Sol of course"!  I stared at him blankly.  "Well ok your not IN the Sol, but your in the place where it teleported you".  Moho could tell I was still confused.  "Ok the Sol takes your soul out of your body and transports it to this pocket dimension, where it can do...things" he explained.  "But...does that mean I'm dead"?  Moho laughed.  "No your physical body just goes into stasis".  "Wait then where IS my body"?  "Your body isn't here" he said.  "You see, bodies prevent people from being who they are, from being...free".  I was beginning to understand what was happening.  "So why am I- "orange and nearly transparent"? He finished for me.  I nodded.  "That's YOU doofus is, well your soul".  "Why is my soul orange"?  Moho shrugged.  "Everyones soul is a different color and your personality is just a reflection of that color".  "I don't know what the colors mean though" he added.  "Then how do you know all this"?  "My uncle explained it to me, he built one of the Sols.  The two of us sat there in silence for a while just relaxing in the sunlight.  "You said that we can do things, right"?  Moho nodded and stood up.  "Come on I'll show you".

So whaddya think of the first chapter, I know it's a lot to take in.  Interesting or no?
