Ok, this will have a title eventually, but I'm too lazy to make one up now >.< ..... and I'll upload more of the chapter in a little bit when I write more. All of the characters in this book ARE real people! K.

As I watched Jake bound away, a small part of me wanted to follow. I looked at the ground. Why did I suddenly always want to be around Jake? Sighing I got up and walked towards the den.
“Why so sad?” Kurai asked as I trotted past her. I turned, startled. Kurai's pelt was so dark, I hadn't seen her in the shadows.
“I'm not sad.” I replied. I sat next to Kurai and looked down. She could always tell when something was wrong.
“Well something's obviously wrong, Karasu. Don't lie to me. What's going on?” Kurai pressed. I tried to think of something else to tell her. I didn't want anyone to know. Not yet. But it was useless.
“It's Jake...” I began. Kurai gave me a weird look, but I continued. “I kinda have feelings for him.”
“Jake?!” Kurai exclaimed, a surprised look on her face. I pulled my tail tight around me and stared hard at the ground before answering.
“Yes.” I whispered, embarrassed. “But don't tell anybody!”
“I won't. I promise.” Kurai said with a smile. I continued staring at the ground until Kurai left to hunt. Finally looking up, I saw that nobody was in the den now. I sighed and walked to my nest. Laying down, I thought about Jake. What Was I gonna do?
“Hey.” Jake said, walking in. I jumped up and stared at him, unable to speak.
