His name was Marcel. He was the perfect boy that your parents wanted you to date. You on the other hand didn't. He always tucks in his shirt, slicks back his hair, and wore loafers.

Loafers.

That is like... The worst fashion statement ever. He's... So not my type. And is a total nerd. It took me 5 years to get my cheerleader ranking at North High. I'm at the top of the heap and the teachers adore me. Especially Miss. Sylvester, my coach. I mean I don't have a boyfriend but at least 14 guys asked me out in the last hour.

I turned them all down.

"Jessica!" Your teacher yelled at you and you snapped out of it,"What is the answer?"

"Um a squared..," you said and the teacher claps.

"Great job, Jessica. I'll be looking forward to seeing your cheer competition."

I smile and the bell rings. I grab my bag and walk out, everybody parting for my path.

I walk outside and get inside my car, driving to my house to see 4 cars instead of three. Hmm... This is weird.

I run inside and see my brother's friend here. Ech. Marcel. He waves to me and I wave back with an unpleasant face. I walk upstairs and Marcel follows.

"Hello Jessica. Good afternoon and have you been having a good day?"

"Until now, yes." I spat back and he straightens his glasses.

"Sorry to interrupt your happiness..." He says, looking down.

"Please go," I said.

He looks up," Will you go out with me?! On one date... A-and I know I'm being jumpy but I'm trying not to puke. I promise if you don't like me you don't have to go on any more dates. I'll stop bugging you.."

You look up the second he says that last sentence," Deal." You smile," Pick me up at nine, ok?"

He jumps up and runs away. You feel your forehead and decide to take a nap. You set your alarm to 7 and crawl into your silk bed.

You wake up to your alarm and you scream. I had. The worst. Dream. Ever.

I married Marcel.

Echhhhh. You run to the bathroom and put your contacts in, get in a pretty strapless teal dress, and also straighten your hair, braiding a piece to the back of your head.

Then you hear the doorbell ring.
