Chapter 9•

"HAYES STOP!" I shouted at him,
"Why whats the point? Shes gone brin and she wont come back" he says with a low voice, i felt his heartbreak, i went through this before.
I scooted over next to him on the glass covered bed
"Hayes why did you smash all the photos of her" i ask timidly
"Because she doesn't love me, she never did brin" hayes replies, a few tears escaping
"Hayes im sure she did love you, but you have to think about all the good times you spent with her, i know its hurts now but you will get over it" my advice isnt very amazing is it? No brinley its not my subconscious says to me
"Brin?" Hayes says quietly
"Yes hayes" i reply
"Will you stay with me tonight?" He asks, ummmm what do i say?!
"Uh i geuss so if thats what you want" i say as if it was more of a question
"I do" he says turning and smiling at me
"Well lets go get something to eat" i say standing up from the bed
"Oh oka.. AHH OMG THAT HURT" hayes shouted, i turn back around and see blood dripping from his foot, shit!
"Hayes are you ok?!" I say running back over to him
"Yeah i stood on a piece of glass" he says holding his foot in pure agony
"Wow thats a lot of blood" i say as i start to feel dizzy, i run to the bathroom grabbing a towel, i wrap it around his foot and secure it with the hair tie on my wrist.
"Hayes we need to get you to the emergency room you going to need stitches" i say to him
"How am i supposed to get there u cant drive" he says back
"Oh what and u can?" I question him
"Yes i can actually but not with glass in my foot!" He says in a duh tone
"Well you know what its a team effort come on" i grab hayes' arm and wrap it around my shoulders, supporting him as he attempts to hop down stairs
"Brinley there is no possible way im getting down these stairs on one foot" he says to me
"Look your going to need to try" i say back and we start going down, me always 1 step further than hayes
"For god sake hayes why do you have to have so many stairs!" I shout looking at him, still trying to get him down
"I dont know because things like this dont usually happen" he replies sarcastically.
We got to the bottom and hopped outside to the car, hayes got in and then we tried to plan out how this is going to work
"I got an idea.. I will do the wheel and the gears u just do the pedals" hayes says to me
"But how am i meant to reach the pedals from the passenger seat?" I say giving him a confused look
"Come here" he says grabbing my waist and pulling me onto his lap. I sit comfortably in between his legs so he could still see over my shoulder on what way he had to turn. We start moving and we both relax a lot more, hayes turns the radio on and ed sheerans give me love played sweetly through the car, i feel a tingle on my thigh and look down to see hayes' hand resting on it as the other one steers, i instantly smile but focus on the driving.
