The beggining

Annalise

"Annalise!" My dad called
"Come down and tell Lucas to come too"
"Ok" I said
"Lucas come down, she's almost here!"
As I made my way down the stairs I started to get anxiously happy, I was finally going to have a little sister... That is until she gets adopted into her forever home. My parents Foster our home to the kids, after they had me my mom found out she couldn't conceive.My parents always wanted a big family, and opening our house to kids who don't have that, makes them feel better.
"Ok everyone remember, try and make this feel like home to her. Lucas since you've been through this before, could you talk to her when she gets her".said mom
"Sure". Lucas said
Lucas has always been so reserved, even with me and I'm his best friend. Lucas has been here since 8th grade,so we've gotten very close to each other.
The door bell ringed and my dad opened the door, there stood a lady with red hair and the cutest little girl with black hair into a ponytail, she was wearing a cute light blue tulle skirt and a blouse with a flower on it.
" Hi Lisa, I'm Jason this is Amy" my dad said pointing at my mom
"This is Annalise and Lucas"
Lisa looked at us and smiled
"Anni,Luke. Can you guys take Lisa up stairs and show her her room?" My mom asked
"Ok. C'mon Lisa"
As we walked up the stairs we asked Lisa questions to break the ice.
Once we got to her room she opened the door
Her eyes instantly lighted up "wow this room is so cute!! I love it!!"
"I'm glad you love it Lisa"I said to her
"Wait!.. So I get my own room!?"
"Yep all yours!!"Lucas answered
"Wow I've never had my own room before!"
"Enjoy it"we both said

Later on that night we watched Lisa's favorite movies and made her feel comfortable like this was her home.
