Reagan just finished building a little campfire with the things he could find as well as a stick he sharpened earlier that afternoon. He had also scouted his house from the safety of the forest and saw that his old house was a little headquarters of the county most likely. With Scottie by his side who had happened to have luckily caught a squirrel and sharing a little with Scottie, managed to eat a decent dinner with a little bit left for breakfast in the morning. He decided to scout the area again but this time closer to the other side if the neighborhood in unfamiliar territory. When he saw nothing of interest he was about to leave when he heard something from behind him and as he turned around stick at the ready he dropped it not believing who he was seeing. It was Tara, his girlfriend, he thought that everyone was dead in a 5-mile radius but here she was, as beautiful as ever. "Reagan?" "Tara?" "It is you!" as Tara ran up to him and hugged him sobbing as she did it, "I thought you were dead!" "Is it good that I'm not?" She laughed saying, "Its perfect." and kissed him for the first time. Once his brain started working again he started to ask questions such as: "Where are you staying for the night? Are you alone? How are you?" She started to tear up as she answered, "We have a little campsite deeper in the woods but my dad is dead but its me, my mom, and four other people." "Well I'll go get Scottie and I'll be right back." He rushed back to the campsite picked up Scottie and hustled back to Tara who led him to the campsite which was an old barn which on the inside was surprisingly homey and comforting. "Mom, look who I found while I was on lookout!" She looked up and saw Reagan and the first thing she said was, "I'm glad he's here but no touching!" Reagan, hiding a smile, answered respectfully, "Of course" looking at Tara making her have to hide a smile to.
