The Accident

chapter 12

Kari's pov
I pulled out of the drive way and we were on our way to school for the first time in 3 weeks, I missed my friends so much. A few minutes later I pulled into the school parking lot.
"Are you ready babe?" Jj asked me "as long as I have you by my side I am." I said and I kissed him before we got out of the car. I grabbed my bag and keys and me and jj walked to the building. I slowly opened the door to the building. Both me and jj walked inside. We walked to the cafeteria like we did before the accident. We sat down at our usual table. "Hey kari, jj! Glad to see you back!" I heard someone say I turned around to see hunter. I hadn't seen her since the accident. "Hey hunter!" I said as I hugged her. "You know chase feels horrible about the whole situation..." hunter told me. "Really?" I asked "yea he hadn't come to school the day after it happened." She told me "oh I'll have to tell him it wasn't his fault it was mainly mine. I let myself lose all control." I told her. "Well everyone has been worried about you." She said. "KARI!!!!" I heard someone yell and run over to me it was chase. I forgot to tell him that I was coming back today. "I didn't know you would be back today!" He said "yea I'm back."
