Around early twenties, dates a girl, turns out to be a witch.
Pisses witch off, who curses Ink, causing him to have Random RRS, or Regressive Relapse Syndrome.. aka age regression. He would randomly become an 18th month old tiger cub.
He hires Chloe as a nanny, having multiple babysitters beforehand. Chloe eventually goes from nanny to mommy.
