1. Sleeping in the Middle of the Camp

Sleeping in the middle of the Camp

Clan: ThunderClan

Time: Dawn 

"Go fish!" Shrewkit says as he puts down a card.

"But that's not fair!" Spiderkit lashes his tail.

"Yes! The lollipop is mine!" Shrewkit grabs the red lollipop, and rips the plastic off. He sucks the lollipop obnoxiously. 

Spider sticks out his tounge. He pads toward the toward his nest when he bumps into a warrior. "What are you kits doing up this early?" Dustpelt asks.

"Playing Go Fish? DUH!!" Shrewkit says obviously.

"H-how long have you been standing there?" Spiderkit asks nervously.

"I just finished dawn patrol. And I came here to check on my kits," Dustpelt says matter-a-factly.

"Oh well," Shrewkit said between licks.

In the afternoon...

Spiderkit yawned, "You shouldn't have woke me up, I'm really tired right now."

Shrewkit nodded in agreement, "Let's sleep."

Spiderkit started heading toward the nursery.

"NO, NO! Not in there!" Shrewkit yowled at his brother. "Right here," He said as he pointed to the middle of the camp with his paw.

"If I can get some sleep there, I'll sleep there with you," Spiderkit stiffled a yawn.

Shrewkit bounded away to get his pillow, "Last one there is the rotten egg!"

Spiderkit followed him, almost tripping over his own feet.

When they got the middle of the camp, they started to fluff up their pillows. Shrewkit and Spiderkit started to sleep. They a blew a few snot bubbles, and snored obnoxiosly. Warriors and apprentices walked by giving them envious stares. Cloudtail padded over and said, "What are you doing?"

"SSSSSLLLLLLLLEEEEEEPPPPPPPIIIIIINNNNNNGGGGGG!" Shrewkit replied with a high-pitched voice.

"Are you sleep talking?" Cloudtail asked, nudging Shrewkit with a paw.

"NNNNNNNOOOOOOOO," Shrewkit answered still in a high-pitched voice. (He really was sleep-talking.)

Spiderkit started drooling. "Ew," Cloudtail murmured as he walked away.

Then Dustpelt walked up to them and asked, "What are you doing?"

"SSSSSLLLLLLLLEEEEEEPPPPPPPIIIIIINNNNNNGGGGGG!" Shrewkit replied with a high-pitched voice.

"Are you sleep talking?" Dustpelt asked, nudging Shrewkit with a paw.

"NNNNNNNOOOOOOOO," Shrewkit answered still in a high-pitched voice. (He really was sleep-talking.)

Spiderkit started drooling again. "Ew," Dustpelt murmured as he walked away.

Then Brambleclaw walked up to them and asked, "What are you doing?"

"SSSSSLLLLLLLLEEEEEEPPPPPPPIIIIIINNNNNNGGGGGG!" Shrewkit replied with a high-pitched voice.

"Are you sleep talking?" Brambleclaw asked, nudging Shrewkit with a paw.

"NNNNNNNOOOOOOOO," Shrewkit answered still in a high-pitched voice. (He really was sleep-talking.)

Spiderkit started drooling again, again. "Ew," Brambleclaw murmured as he walked away.

Shrewkit sat up and winked, "That's how you annoy your Clan!"
