Chapter 1

Chapter 1 - Dreams or Visions?

"(Y/N)..."

You looked towards the voice, but saw no one.

"Who's there?" You said, trying to be brave.

"Run... Run away from that man-"

"There is no escape."

"Hide. Run. Do anything to escape him."

"Who?!" You said.

"You've met with a terrible fate, haven't you?"

"I... I don't understand," You sighed.

"... Do you remember, (Y/N)?"

"No! Just... Shut up!" You yelled.

"Leave (Y/N) alone. Stay away from h-"

There was a crash along with a gasp. Whispering could be heard, but you couldn't understand it. You knew that people were whispering, it was just too quiet for you to understand. Then, there was a scream.

"You shouldn't have done that..."

You opened your (E/C) eyes with a gasp. Your dog, (D/N), lifted her/his head up and stared at you.

"S-sorry, (D/N). Just a little nightmare... Why the hell do I talk to myself? I don't know," You spoke, sitting up.

Your dog just tiredly rested her head on your lap, closing his/her eyes. You lightly pushed (D/N) off and got out of your bed. Your dog let out a whine and lifted her head up again.

"Oh, relax. I'll be back in a few minutes," You said.

You opened the door and walked out, leaving the door open. Just in case (D/N) wanted to come out. You walked downstairs and into the kitchen, and opened a cabnit. You grabbed a cup and walked over to the freezer, opened it, grabbed ice, and put the ice into the cup. You filled the cup full of water and chugged it down.

"Ah, much better. Fucking nightmares..." You groaned.

'I am just about done with them! I'm going to see a psychologist. Maybe they'll help.. What's weird is that I've been having these nightmares ever since I was seven years old. That sort of conserns me. What if they weren't nightmares? ... What if they were visions? Or something that I need to remember..?' You thought.

You shrugged it off and walked upstairs, and into your room. You shut the door behind you and looked at your alarm clock.

2:00 AM

You sighed and rubbed your eyes, before climbing into your bed. You slowly closed your eyes and not long after that, you fell into a deep slumber, absolutely oblivious as to what that dream actually means.

"You have to remember, (Y/N)... I know you will remember it soon."
