Chapter 3: The truth about Sasuke

After 3 months of school, and living the same routine over and over again everyday, Hinata, Ino and Tenten already became my best friends. They were the best. Yet, I still didn't know much about Sasuke since he's always quiet or hanging out with his soccer team. But I finally decided that I should gather some information about him before I start talking to him, you know, so then I could be more familiar with him.

It was a regular school day today, as always and we had English class with Kurenai-sensei. While she was teaching, Hinata and Tenten sent me a note.

"Apparently, Sasuke is a bad guy. He gets in trouble a lot, but not as much anymore, because he remains quiet in class. That's what Neji said."

- Hinata and Tenten

Ino and I were completely shocked. How could a guy like Sasuke be a bad guy?! We then sent a note back to them.

"Maybe... It's just a rumour...?"

- Sakura and Ino

"No... It's the truth. Hinata and I even talked to Neji if he knows anything about his rival Sasuke... But that's all he told us."

- Hinata and Tenten

"Whatever. You guys can believe that. Ino and I both know that it isn't true!"

- Sakura and Ino

"Fine."

- Hinata and Tenten

Another note was given to Hinata and Tenten.

"What are you guys talking about?"

- Anonymous

Hinata and Tenten looked at each other and had confused faces on their face. So they wrote a note back to anonymous.

"It's none of your business."

- Hinata and Tenten

"But I'm teaching right now..."

- Anonymous

Hinata and Tenten were confused. So they looked up and saw that it was Kurenai-sensei.

Kurenai-sensei: Tenten! Stand up!

*Tenten stands up*

Kurenai-sensei: What does Preconception mean?

Tenten: Uh...

*Sakura was secretly holding up a piece of paper with the answer on it*

Tenten: Oh, Preconception means an opinion before hand.

Kurenai-sensei: Yes! Correct! Now let me continue...

*Kurenai-sensei sees Asuma-sensei walking by and smiles at her*

Kurenai-sensei: ...continue... Dreaming about him..."

The whole class was confused, so they yelled "KURENAI-SENSEI!!!"

Kurenai-sensei finally woke up from her daydream and said "Oh yeah! Sorry guys, back to English class!" And then she started teaching again.

Few hours have passed. It was finally lunch time. Instead of hanging out with Hinata, Ino and Tenten, I was alone, stalking Sasuke. I was trying to see what he usually does at lunch because I wanted to know him better.

After lunch, we had a long and boring art class. Which only Sai seemed to love. After that, we had a tiring gym class with Gai-sensei and obviously, Lee loves that class.

School was finally over, but I helped Tsunade-sama (Our principal) give out water to the soccer players at practice. Then, I noticed that Sasuke and Shikamaru were on the team.

Shikamaru: Yo, Sasuke! You're so damn good in soccer! Maybe you can take my place when I'm too lazy to play at a game.

Sasuke: Thanks. And aren't you always lazy?

Some random fan girl from afar: Sasuke-kun! You're so cute! Can you help me with homework?

Sasuke just ignored her until she ran up to him and jumped on him. "Pleaaaaaaaase?"

Sasuke: Ugh, whatever.

Sasuke started walking behind her with an emotionless face. All the other fan girls were wondering who was that girl and why she was with him. All I did was sit quietly and look at them together.

Ino: So, Sakura... Are you watching that redhead chick with the glasses walking with Sasuke? *Starts nudging me*

Sakura: EHHH? ME? NO! But, who is she anyways?

Ino: Apparently, her name is Karin and she has the biggest girl crush on Sasuke, that she shows it off to the other fan girls! Beware of her, Sakura.

All I did was sigh and look back at Karin.

Sakura: She's so pretty... How am I supposed to compete with her?

Ino: Don't worry, she's not that pretty and she annoys Sasuke too much. You can tell he isn't interested because of his face whenever she's dragging him everywhere.

Sakura: Yeah... I guess you're right...
