Rosetta's POV

-

I knew I was maid of honor at a wedding.

A really, very, super duper special wedding.

One with stars and magazine publishers, fashion designers, actors, and a lot of celebrities.

But I can't wear heels! I swear!

Even in the dressing rooms, all the girls were making fun of my blue converse high tops to match my blue ruffled dress.

It's not my fault heels are too high and shaky to walk in. Poke me with your pinky, and i'll fall flat on my face.

So please don't poke me when i'm wearing heels.

I know Justin Bieber's wedding is a big deal, but let's face it. It was a pretty regular wedding so far, put aside all the celebs and stuff. Especially when your fifth grade best friend is the one getting married to the guy.

We were best friends in fifth grade, but not as close now. We're still close though, but in fifth grade we were inseparable. Unlike now, when I was the last person to know that her and THE Justin Bieber were dating. I was also the last person to know that her and THE Justin Bieber were getting married. And I figured that out by Twitter! I got an invitation in the mail a week after!

I snapped out of my thoughts by the sound of somebody screaming in my face.

"Rosetta! Rosetta!"

"Whaaat?" I whined, staying still on the bench I was sat on. I soon looked around and noticed that my best friend was up from her place next to me, nudging me to get my lazy butt up.

"The planners want us to get to the main corridor! We need to be placed!"

I got up quickly. "Well that's important!"

Hanna, my best friend, grabbed my hand and we ran quickly through the church. It was like a maze! It had a bajillion hallways and a bajillion doors.

We finally saw men in sharp black suits with baby blue ties and women in short, blue ruffled dresses.

"There! Over there!" I let go of Hanna's hand, and we separated.

As I head over to all the bustle, someone grabs my arm. "Are you Rosetta Johnson?"

I quickly turned around and eyed the older-looking woman with a pencil skirt on. She had square glasses and her hair was up in a tight bun, just like mine.

"Call me Rose." I said, notifying her that I was the girl she was talking about.

"Okay Rose, will you follow me?" I nodded, but really had no choice but to follow her since her nails were digging into my forearm and she was dragging me into the line.

"Stand right here." She placed me next to a dark haired boy wearing the same suit as every other man in line.

"If you have any questions on what to do, my name is Sara." I nodded and looked at the back of the girl in front of me's head.

She had short blonde hair and was wearing the same dress I had on.

The boy next to me whistled. He looked about my age. I glanced at him & he bit his lip. I ignored him at first, but when he did it again, I gave him an annoyed look. He just smiled, enjoying how much I hated his whistling.

As soon as he whistled at me again, I shot my head towards him. "What is your problem?"

"Your shoes are my problem."

I hit his shoulder. "Um, ow."

"That's what I would've said if i've worn heels." I muttered, and he looked amused. He just whistled as an answer to me. I uncrossed my arms, VERY annoyed, and as the familiar music started to play, the names started to be announced.
