We picked up Maria and drove off. So sonic what you gonna do when I'm at work said shadow. Well me and Tails will be going on adventures and save lots of people I said looking out the window. Are you ok? Said shadow worried. I'm fine it's just ever since I lost Manic and Sonia my bro and my sis I said depressed. I know one day you will find them just don't give up on your self. Thanks I said hugging him when we arrived at the house. We got out the car and heading inside. I sat down on the couch and shadow sat beside me. Where's Maria said shadow. She in the ketchen crying I said confused. Why is everyone so depressed today said shadow going to the ketchen.

What's wrong Maria I said worriedly. I have to tell you something you will hate the most Maria said. What is it? I'm dying 4 months later. WHAT?! I said. I felt 1/2 of my heart cracked. But the good news is ill be alive 1 year later and this version of me will replace that time Maria said. I don't want a version of you I want the real you not a fake one I said crying loudly. I could tell shadow feeling a lot depressed then I thought, I was afraid if I talk to him he would yell at me so I was quiet the whole time. We went to Maria funeral. Sonic come and sing said Tails. Ok said sonic. I got up a bit nervous I spoke to everyone. Hey everyone I wanna sing you a sad song that goes with this funeral. Sonic started to sing.
