Hello, and welcome to most likely the last book of my Minecraft mini-book-series! Don't worry, I'll be writing other stories in the future because I love writing and reading all your comments. If this book doesn't go well, I will discontinue it and use my other third book idea. Anyways, I hope you enjoy the first chapter. 😊

*1 week later*
3rd Person's POV
It had been a week since the tragedy at Herobrine's lair happened. Pat and Jen mourned the loss of their friend, Pat feeling the most saddened. He felt like Kara's "death" - you could call it - was his fault. "It's not your fault, Pat. There's nothing you could've done to stop it from happening." Jen would tell him, but he wouldn't listen. Pat and Jen had been staying busy so that they could try to take their minds off of things. It worked a little bit, but going to other dimensions and stuff wasn't as fun without Kara. The two were now in the Nether, looking for dungeons and good loot from chests.
Pat's POV
Jen and I walked around the Nether, looking for some bosses and maybe treasures. All that we had found so far were some ghasts and a couple pigmen. "Are you sure there's dungeons in the Nether?" Jen asked tiredly. We had been walking for hours and I could tell she was tired. I was out of energy myself. "Of course there are! We just haven't found them yet is all..." I answered. "Oh really? Because by the looks of this Nether map all that there is around here are lava oceans, lavafalls, netherack islands, netherack mountains, Herobrine's old lair, and--" Jen cut herself off. She sighed sadly and shook her head like she was shaking away unwanted thoughts. I knew what she was thinking about... Her. I kinda looked around us a little and noticed a pair of glowing white eyes. 'What? Nobody else has eyes like that besides... Oh no!' I pulled out my sword and stood infront of Jen protectively. "How are you here and what do you want?!?!" I yelled at him. "Pat, who the heck are you yelling at?" Jen asked. "Herobrine that's who." I answered. Jen gave me a "I think you've lost your marbles." look. "I'm definitely not Herobrine, but I'm close to him." A female voice answered from the shadows. It was coming from whoever had those eyes. "Then who are you?" Jen asked. The girl walked out of the shadows to where Jen and I could see her. She had long brown hair and was wearing a red hoodie, black shorts, and red boots to match. And, of course, there were her pure white eyes. "My name's Ember, Daughter of Herobrine and Faith."
