Ember's POV
"Find anything, you two?" I asked Pat and Jen. "Nothing over here." Jen said. "I haven't found anything either, you?" Pat answered. "No, I haven't seen anything." I sighed. This place didn't have anything we were looking for. Then, I ran upon something. There was a scroll hidden behind a couple books on the very bottom shelf. I grabbed it and opened it up. I read the contents quietly. 'Only if her memories return will this spell be broken.' Was the only part of the scroll that was readable. The rest was smeared and faded, making it impossible for me to read even another word. "Guys, look at this." I called. Pat and Jen walked over and looked at the scroll, silently reading the only readable sentence. "What do you think it means?" Pat asked. "I have no idea, I was wondering if either of you could read the other words written here. "No, the only part I can read is 'Only if her memories return will this spell be broken.'" Jen answered. "Do you think it has to do with you remembering your past?" Pat asked. "I doubt it. Anyways, I think we should look for the information we need elsewhere because there's nothing here." I answered. "How about Herobrine's other old lair?" Jen asked. "He lived somewhere else after this? How many places does he got?" I asked. "Who knows? Anyways, let's head out and find that lair." Pat said. "Alright." I answered. All three of us walked out of the old house and started looking for my father's other old house.

Pat's POV
All three of us stood infront of Herobrine's old lair. 'This place sure does bring back "pleasant" memories.' I thought sarcastically. Somewhere in there, Kara stood frozen in nearly impossible to break rock. I could tell Jen dreaded going in there. A grabbed her hand and looked into her emerald eyes. "It'll be ok." I whispered to her. She smiled at me and whispered a "Thank you.". "You guys ready to go in?" Ember asked. "Yep, let's go." Jen answered. We walked into the structure and the first room we came upon was the library. Lucky for us, that's exactly what we were looking for. "Ok, let's start looking." Ember said. We all started looking over every shelf.

Ember's POV
I decided to slip and let Pat and Jen look for a way to break the spell on their friend while that I explored the place. It was actually much smaller than it looked on the outside. So far there was only the library I had just came from and the medium sized hall I was walking thru right now. There were about 5 windows in the hallway and for a second I thought it was the only other part of the structure. Then, I saw a doorway. I walked inside and saw some things I didn't really expect. There were two sets of chains and two metal chained balls sitting side-by-side. A little ways away from them was a similar set of chains and another metal chained ball. These things were very interesting and I wondered why they were there, but one thing caught my eye. A girl that looked a little older than me stood in the center of the room. Her hand was out infront of her and her wings were spread widely like an eagle protecting it's chicks. Then, something strange happened. I felt a wave of emotion and a million things flashed through my mind. My eyes widened and I was only able to say one thing."K-Kara?!?!"
