Chapter One.
"I hate you mom!" I screamed at my mother for what seemed like the millionth time today. My name is Ellie Jones but you can call El for short. I'm 17 years old. And I only have my mom in my life. My dad left when I was 13 but that is a story for a different time. I ran to my room. My life is far from prefect, yes my mom may be rich from her tv show. And I might live in a mansion in the middle of HollyWood but my life is very far from perfect. When I get to my room I grab my suit case and start packing. I have decided to move to London far away from my mom.
KNOCK

"Can I come in?" My mother, Amy asked from the other side of the door.
I quickly hid my suit case before opening the door.
"What do you want?" I asked bitterly
"I'm so sorry, I had no reason to blame you for your dad leaving." She sounded sorry but I didn't care.
"Well it's a little late for that!" I shout back.
"Please I sorry!"
"GET OUT!"
as she left the room I pulled out the note my dad gave me before he left.
" Dear El,
I'm sorry I'm leaving but I have to. I can't take the fighting any more. I'm sorry I'm leaving you alone. But I can't take it. I know it seems like I'm being a bad parent and I probably am. But I'm sorry. I just can't take it any more. Just remember one thing. I love you.

I start to cry. I do every time I read the letter. I pull out my suit case and finish packing my clothes. I'm leaving tonight. When I'm done I slide my suit cases under my bed. I lay in bed thinking about what I will do when I get to London. I fall into a dream less sleep.
