~Chapter 3~

(Pewds P.O.V)

I woke up in the concrete building after having a nightmare.

What was the nightmare? It was about Marzia getting killed by zombies.

I was so relieved to find out it was only a nightmare.

I looked at my watch. It red 8:00. I was suprised. I'm usually not up this early.

I looked over and saw that Hayley was already up. "Hey." she said.

"Hey." I yawned. I rubbed my eyes and stretched. "When did you get up?"

"About half an hour ago." Hayley answered.

I got a water bottle out from my backpack and drank some. I tried not to drink too much though.

"What do you have in your bag?" Hayley asked me.

I opened up my backpack. "Let's see..." I said. "I have 3 water bottles,my phone,some candy,and a marker. Not much." I closed my backpack and threw it over my shoulder. "What about you?" I questioned.

"I have 2 water bottles,a bottle of lemonade,a bag of chips,a ham sandwich,a cookie,a banana,2 Twix bars,and my sweatshirt." she replied.

I laughed. "Why so much food?"

Hayley smiled. She closed up her backpack as she said,"I didn't feel like buying any food while I was going around London."

Hayley put on her backpack. "Plus,I love food." she added.

"We should probably get going if we want to get to the church sooner." I told Hayley.

"Yeah." Hayley agreed.

I stood up and picked up El Diablo from the floor. I didn't put it away I. My bag,just in case I needed it in the middle of the night. Luckily,I didn't.

"Alright Ell-I MEAN,Hayley,let's go." I said. Hayley laughed as she stood up.

I removed the chair from the door and opened up the door.

"Bye,Mr.Chair!" Hayley called as she walked out.

"See ya Pewds and Hayley. Don't forget chair mode!!" I said in Mr.Chair's voice as I walked outside.

It was sunny outside. There were some clouds,but it was still sunny.

"If you find anything you could use as a weapon,pick it up." I said firmly.

Hayley nodded her head and gave me a thumbs-up. "Got it,Pewdie." She responded.

We walked up a path that took us from around the concrete building.

(Marzia's P.O.V)

I got up early. At around 6:30 a.m. I woke up from having a terrible nightmare about Felix not making it to the church and getting killed by zombies.

I was so relieved to find out it was only a nightmare.

An hour later,I got my phone out from my purse and texted Felix. I remembered he had his phone with him.

I looked around the church. Pretty much all of London was at the church. Lucky for all of us,the church was big.

I got some food to have for breakfast. The mayor of London and the owners of the church were providing everyone with food,water,and many other stuff like that.

I kept wondering if Felix would be alright. What if he didn't make it to the church? What if he turned into a zombie?

Thinking about those bad scenarios like that made me tear up. I think I was making myself worried.

Alex was probably right about Felix playing a lot of video games that will help him. "Will video game experience help Felix?" I thought.

Maybe it actually will...hopefully Alex is right.

(Pewds P.O.V)

Hayley and I walked for little bit until we saw a small building up ahead.

I turned the corner if the building and my eyes widen. There were two zombies.

I whispered curse words in Swedish and quickly ran back behind the building.

"What is it?" Hayley asked,looking concerned.

I sighed. "Zombies." I replied.

"Really? God dammit!" Hayley mumbled. She took a quick look at the two zombies.

Hayley looked around for something. She picked up a large rock and gave it to me.

"Throw it at his head." she said.

I closed one eye and aimed at the zombies head. I threw the rock at the head. I quickly hid behind the building again. The rock didn't kill the zombie.

"Stay here." I told Hayley.

I got out El Diablo and shot the zombie in the head. It attracted the other zombie. I shot the other zombie in the head twice.

"That was awesome!" I heard Hayley laugh. She walked towards me,smiling. "Thanks." I said.

"Brofist?" she asked. Hayley held up her fist for a Brofist and smiled at me.

I chuckled and gave Hayley a Brofist. Hayley smiled even more when I Brofisted her.

We continued walking down the path. Up ahead,I saw a forest. A creepy looking forest. I stopped at the end of the path,staring at the forest. I was a bit scared,to be honest.

"What's wrong?" Hayley asked.

"I kind of wished I had Stephano with me..." I replied. Hayley gave me a huge smile and pulled something out of he'd backpack.

It was a Stephano figure. "I never leave home without it!" she said. She held it out for me to take. Slowly,I took it from her hand.

I grinned. "Thanks." I laughed. I had to admit,the Stephano figure made me feel a little bit better.

We walked throughout the forest. Usually,in a forest,you would hear some birds chirping,right? Well right now,I don't. No birds chirping.

Hayley and I were kind if silent most of the time I the forest. Every once in a while,we would say something.

Eventually,we came upon a small house. "We should check that house for some stuff." I told Hayley,who nodded in agreement.

Slowly and quietly,we entered the house. "We need weapons,food,and flashlights." I whispered.

"I'll check upstairs and you can check downstairs." Hayley suggested. I nodded.

Hayley runs up the steps and I look downstairs. I start at the kitchen. I pull open one of the drawers to find cutting knives. I pick up the largest knife and put it in my backpack.

I know it seems kind of silly to use a kitchen knife,but it's the best I got right now.

Suddenly,my thoughts drift to Marzia.

Is she okay? Is she worried? Questions keep going through my mind,until I remember something.

My phone! Marzia has her phone with her. Maybe she texted me!

Quickly,I pull out my phone and I see a text from Marzia.

"Are you alright?" the text said. I texted back, "Yes! I'm fine. I will make it to the church,I promise. Try not to worry too much. I love you,Marzia." I hit send.

My thoughts drifted back to Marzia. I wonder what she's doing right now...

My thoughts got interrupted by Hayley yelling from upstairs, "Pewdie! You HAVE to see this!"
