“Did you see how cute he is?” Tiffany asked me for the billionth time. I fought back the urge to roll my eyes while she continued to gush passionately about D.O Kyungsoo.
The twelve handsome boys were rehearsing for their new song whilst us girls watched them preform. It was a usual routine actually, they would watch us and give us tips and then we would return the favour.
“Yeah he’s cute.” I mutter back, staring curiously at Kyungsoo, wincing as Tiffany let out a squeal, her nails digging into my shoulder as she shook me back and forth in excitement.
A chuckle left my lips at her enthusiasm, “Do you really like him that much?” I wondered in amusement, her eyes shined hopefully at me, her mass of wavy brown locks falling in her face as she nodded eagerly. “Do you want me to talk to him for you?” I question knowing fully well what the answer was, a smile tugging at the corners of my lips.
“Did I ever mention that I love you, Taeyeon?” Tiffany sighed a wide smile stretching across her features, her eyes trailing once more over Kyungsoo, his sweet yet strong voice echoing throughout the room, making my crazy best friend swoon and cling onto Jessica for support.
Jessica too was ogling at one of the EXO members. I sighed deeply, crossing my arms over my chest and continued to watch the tall boys dance and sing in perfect sync.
My eyes eventually drifted over to a familiar petite brunet, his dark hair clinging to the side of his face as he danced, a side smirk intact on his face as he held the microphone to his lips, powerful and melodious voice filling my ears.
Byun Baekhyun. Oh Mr. Byun.
Something was oddly attractive about this boy, maybe it was his signature eye smiles or killer winks? Or probably his provocative hip thrusts or slender fingers?
“Just love me right, ah ha!” He sang loudly, flashing a wink our way. The whole of my group screamed loudly and giggled girlishly, batting their eyelashes at the prancing boys.
Baekhyun flickered his orbs to meet mine, our gazes locking for a split second before he broke the intense eye contact making me look away awkwardly. I felt my cheeks heat up slightly, my fingers brushing back a dark lock of hair that annoying fluttered in front of my face.
“I’m out of here, meet me in the dancing room, I’ll be practising.” I whispered to Tiffany who was still fangirling over Kyungsoo, her eyelashes batting at the short, stoic-faced male.
“Okay sure!” She answer back not even glancing at me, her perfectly manicured hand waved me off dismissively.
I clicked my tongue teasingly and stood up, the chair scraping loudly against the tiled floor attracting the attention of the boys, I quickly made my way to the door avoiding eye contact with anyone, my hands brushing at the annoying bangs that kept on falling in my face.
Although I still remark that when I left the room I felt a pair of eyes watching me intensely.
