Caressing my cheek he looked at me with tears in his eyes. "This is my final goodbye... I love you..." He said as he faded away. I was crying, clutching his chest as I did. His hand fell from my face and I cried harder. I felt him breathe his last breath and he died in my arms.
"Please... Please don't die on me... Not now! I need you here!" I almost screamed at him. When I knew it was hopeless I stood up feeling like the life was sucked out of me.
