Liana's P.O.V

I find Daniel when were about to enter the hellhole which other people call school. "Hey." I wrap my arm above his hip while he puts his arm around my waist. We walk into school, and as usual, all girls look at me with envy, but I'm used to it by now. I bet that they all have a secret hate club about me. But, I don't care.

Daniel leaves because his locker is far from mine. I unlock my locker, put my books in, and keep the books I need for the first period. My friends rush up to me while I lock my locker. "Hey, guys." I say. "Hi." Sophia says. It's very quiet. I bet that they want to tell me something.

"Okay, so, I don't know, we're just confused." Chelsea says. "Why?.." I ask them. "That you don't want to tell us anything!" Lia says. "Because, it's, wierd." I say. "Okay." Charlotte says. I spot Lia looking behind me. I look in her direction where she's looking at. I spot Daniel and his group of friends walking over to us. I start walking over to them.

"Hey guys." I wave to Daniel and his group of friends. Nate rushes over to Chelsea and gives her a huge hug. Oh, are you confused? They're dating. They've been dating for a year now. Chelsea kisses him. They barely saw each other at all during the summer, for some weird reason. Daniel pecks me on the lips. I spot Cole looking at Lia. Me and Daniel are the only ones who figured out that he likes her. Once, I asked Lia what she thought about him, she says he's cute. But that's all I got out of her.

The bell rings. Daniel wraps his arm around my waist, and we walk to class. We have the same classes together. What a coincidence. We sit at our normal spots in the back. While the boring Ms. Smith talks about boring shit, I hum Centuries by Fall Out Boy and playing the beat with my fingers. That's what I do when I'm bored, don't judge me. At one point, Daniel joined me. I love him.

After I finish my first three boring as fuck periods, I finally get free period. Me and Daniel grab the stuff we need, then we went to McDonald's because after free period, it's lunch. We had our meal, then we left to go to the movies. We finally get there, and we look at the movies that they had to see what we wanted to watch. While we were looking for a movie, I spot someone familiar. "Mackenzie?! Is that really you?" I rush over to her. She notices me and smiles. I jump on her. I get off of her. "Where's the rest of the group?" I smile. "They're playing some games. So, who's that?" She points to Daniel. "That's my boyfriend." I smile. "It's about time! You guys were always friends!"

Oh, are you confused? Mackenzie is my old friend from middle school. We ended up going to different high schools, but we still kept in touch. And also I had other old friends. Chad, Mike, Lisa, Elena, and Maya. We all kept in touch all of the time. But they don't know that me and Daniel are a couple. I just never felt like telling them, I don't know, don't ask.

I hug her again. "I'm just so happy to see you again." I exclaim. "Me too." She hugs me back. I feel Daniel behind me. "Um, who's this?" Daniel asks me. "You don't recognize me?" Mackenzie smiles her infamous smile. "Mackenzie?!" Daniel hugs her tightly. "What are you doing here?!" Daniel asks her. "We just wanted to watch the new Paranormal Activity." Me and Daniel rolled our eyes for the same reason. "Ugh. They made another sequel? When are they gonna stop?" Me and Daniel say at the same time. We look at each other. "Probably never." We chuckle. "They just can't get enough of the money they make from all of the movies." I laugh. "Well, we just wanted to see if it'll turn out well." Mackenzie exclaims. "Okay, we'll watch that with you guys." Daniel says.

Daniel intertwines his hand with mine. Mackenzie leads us to the group, who are playing shooting games. "Hey, guys, so, we have some unexpected people who came to the movies." She smiles. They all turn around. "Liana?!" Lisa, Elena and Maya hug me. While Chad and Mike do a handshake with Daniel. "Oh my god, this is the best day ever!" Elena exclaims. "So, what time does the movie start at?" I ask. Chad looks at his phone. "At 1:00 so in five minutes." He says. "Okay, we have enough time to buy snacks." I say.

We buy popcorn, skittles, Doritos, and drinks for all of us. We walk over to the place with the movie Paranormal Activity, then we find our favorite spots which are in the back, and we sit and watch the stupid previews. Me and Daniel are in the back in the middle, while everyone else is in front of us, so we can have some 'alone time'.

The movie finally starts, and I admit it, it was kind of scary already throughout the first, like, five minutes. I would cuddle with Daniel when I felt like something scary was about to happen, then I'll jump a little, but I won't scream like everyone else. At a boring scene, I looked at Daniel, the love of my life. God, he's so handsome. He looks at me. I lean in and kiss him. Our lips move in sync. We pull back. We finish watching the movie, then we leave. At that point, it's 3:35, so we decide to skip the rest of school because it finishes in 25 minutes, what's the point of going back?

I grab Daniel's hand, then we leave. I say goodbye to all of my friends. We put on our jackets, then we leave the theatre. Then I get a text. Huh?
