Chapter 3

RAYS POV

I played with Aubrey. I wonder where Kayla went.

"Daddy?" Aubrey snapped me out of my thoughts

"Yes baby girl?" I said looking at her

"Will I ever see Audrey again?" She asked.

I felt hurt. Knowing my baby sister is out somewhere! Only god knows what she's doing. I didn't know how to respond so I shrugged my shoulder, and she went back to play with her dolls.

I made Aubrey lunch and then the door bell rang. I went over to answer it and a woman with kinda Greyish hair.

"Um can I help you?" I raised an eyebrow

Instead of replying she gave me a hug...😮😳 the fuckery??

"Do you not know who I am?" She asked

"I'm sorry but I don't"

She pulled out 3 pictures from her pocket and it was pictures of me Ashely and my mom. Then I looked up and say it. Ashely had moms eyes.

"Mom?" I asked ready to blow up from tears

"Yes baby it's me" we both hugged and cried for a moment. Aubrey just staring at us with a wtf look.

"Where's Ashely? Is she here? Alive?" She asked many questions

I told her to come in and sit on the couch.

"Mom about 4 years ago, Ashely's dating Chresanto August. And they have a kid she's cute her name is Audrey. But Chresanto did bad things and she couldn't take it so you packed her stuff and left" I said trying my best not to cry

But she beat me to it. She was in tears.

"So my baby could be on the streets and no one knows where she is"

I just nodded. God this how my life is one leaves another one comes.

ASHS POV

I picked Audrey up from school and we drove home. Her birthday was coming up and she wanted to invite family..... But idk.

"Mommy?" She asked

"Yesss" I say smiling at her

"I'm hungry" she said

I stopped at a McDonald's. I forgot I had to stop at Target.

We walked inside while Audrey was eating. She kept walking off and bumped into somebody trying to get her.

"I'm so sorry" I said getting up and I looked at the face.
