Chapter 9: Believe Tour rehearsal

Justin's POV:

I announced the Believe Tour dates in May. The whole entire tour is sold out! I'm excited! It's the last day of July now and we started rehearsing last week. Mia's birthday is on August 4th and I am throwing a suprise birthday party for her. everyone knows about it. Even her parents. I decide to text Mia and see what she's doing. 

To Mia: hey best friend. watcha doin?

Mia: nothin' much. how was ur rehearsal?

Me: gr8t. u happy 2 b 18 soon?

Mia: yea! so whose throwing my suprise birthday party?

Me: who told u tht?

Mia: everyone's actin' funny. i can tell Justin.

Me: Well i gotta go. I'll c u in a couple days :D

Mia: bye

I can't believe she knows. But, she doesn't know who. 

* 4 DAYS LATER*

Mia's POV:

It's my birthday!! I'm finally 18! I love it! I wake up, get out of bed and go in the kitchen to a big breakfast. " Happy birthday sweetheart," Mom and Dad say. " Thank you," I reply. I eat my breakfat and get a text from Justin.

Justin: happy bday best friend. get ready 4 ur party 2nite!

Me: thnx. im so happy 4 this party :D

* 9 HOURS LATER*

My mom drives me to Justin's house. I knew Justin was gonna do this. He's the best! I walk in the door. " SUPRISE!!," everyone shouts. I smile really hard. The first one to say hi and hug me is Justin. " Happy birthday best friend," he says. "Justin, you did this?! For me?," I ask him. He smiles really hard and blushed. I hug him again. Then, I see Selena. " Hi Selena," I said while greeting her. She gives me a hug.  I thought she would have hated me. " Happy birthday Mia. I heard so much about you," Selena says. Okay. Justin must talk about me to everyone he knows. I hear that they've heard so much about me all the time from Justin's friends and family. The music starts playing and we all start dancing and having fun. I start dancing with Jaden, Lil Twist, and all the rest of Justin's friends. Justin makes his way towards me and starts dancing with me. He picks me up by the waist and twirls me around. Then, we start dancing again. Then, Justin spins me around again. I can't help but smile and blush. Five minutes later, I see Justin going to DJ Tay James. DJ Tay James is my DJ! Justin's the best. " Alright, how's everyone feeling tonight?," Tay says. Everyone cheers.           " Well, Justin would like to sing happy birthday to the birthday girl!," he announced. I was suprised. Justin grabs the mic and walks towards me and grabs my hand. He sings:

Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday dear Mia, happy birthday to you!

Everyone cheers. I smile and hug Justin. This is the best birthday party i have ever had.

Justin's POV:

I just sang happy birthday to Mia. She loved it. I walk towards Selena. " How are you liking the party?," I ask her. " Justin. We need to talk," she tells me. We walk to the kitchen where no one is.      " What's up with Mia?," she asks me. " What do you mean?," I ask back. " Justin. You know what I mean! You like her! You don't have to lie! You were dancing with Mia the whole entire time! You were all over her. Since when did you dance with me?," she asks. I'm speechless. I walk over to Selena and kiss her cheek. " I love you," I tell her. But, it's weird. When I kissed Mia on the cheek, I felt sparks. But, now me kissing Selena on the cheek, there's nothing. I don't know if this relationship is gonna work out. DJ Tay James starts playing " Fall." Mia loves this song. We both got out of the kitchen and everyone's slow dancing. Mia's slowdancing with her dance. But, there's like twenty boys in line to slow dance with her. I start slow dancing with Selena. she smiling and starts talking about something. I'm not even paying any attention. I toned her out and i look at how beautiful Mia is. Three minutes later Mia is free. Selena starts dancing with Alfredo. " Fall" is still playing. I have to dance to the song that I wrote for her. I walk over to Mia. " Alright, it's my turn now," I tell her. She smiles. She puts her arms around my neck and I put my hands on my waist. I stare into her eyes. I'm getting lost in them. I'm in love with her.

Mia's POV: 

I'm slowdancing with Justin. I love him so much. He's staring into my eyes. I look down and blush.   " Thank you for the best party ever," I said. " Anything for my best friend," he replied.
