Wyatt came over again today. He and Callie are watching a movie. Damn seeing them all hugged up makes my stomach turn. I like Callie. I love Callie. I need Callie alot and she won't even look at me since that night on the porch. The least she could do is give me the time of day I mean I did save her and Wyatt's ass! I hear footsteps come closer and closer. It's Lena "Time for Wyatt to go. It's getting late guys." As Lena turns to leave Wyatt goes towards the door. Callie gets up to help him out. I can't help but look at her while she's walking away I mean damn she's beautiful. Finally Wyatt leaves and Callie tries to go up the stairs but I decided to block the doorway. "What are you doing" she ask but I didn't answer her so she asks another question "what do you want?" My emotions took over I put my hands around her waist and push her up against the wall and say in a out of breath husky voice "you know what I want" she stays still for a while and pushes me away when we hear footsteps come down the stairs. A surprised Mariana comes down the steps obviously she didnt know we were down there. "Where are you going this late?" I ask her. "To the kitchen" she answered a little too quick and kinda nervously. Callie leaves up the stairs I try to grab her hand to make her wait but she pulls away. Mariana scurried into the kitchen. I wake up to the sound of a beeping alarm, not that I got much sleep. Between Callie, my music, my dad, and my grades I don't know how I managed to fall asleep at all. I drift off slowly back to sleep but not a second too soon Lena comes knocking on the already open door "Brandon, what are you doing? Your gonna be late for school! Hurry!" I managed to get some bathroom time and head downstairs for breakfast. Not in the mood to really eat. I see Callie sitting downstairs looking in cabinets for cereal while jude explains how weird his dream was. Callie is looking in the cabinet above her back facing me so i see this as an opportunity to make a move. I slowly go up behind her placing my hand around her waist pulling her closer. Close enough to the point where she could feel my words down her neck. "Goodmorning" I say. Which gives her chills and leaves her standing there not speaking. "And then the giant..." Jude saids slowly trailing off when he realized what I was doing. Callie was scared at first but when she realized who it was she relaxed. "Not funny" she scowls me trying not to smile. "Wasn't trynna be" I say winking before turning to the fridge. As I turn I can see out of the corner of my eye Callie forms a huge smile on her face. A smile bright enough to light up the whole kitchen. I take this as an invitation to play with her a little more. But before I got the chance in came the rest of the family. Seems as if everyone was talking at once. As me and Callie stare at each other from across the room I can almost feel the sexual tension in the air. Seconds later a knock on the door as if someone was banging on it. "I'll get it" I insist know ill have to pass Callie on the way to the door. I open the door and in comes Wyatt. "Hey Wyatt!" Callie says going past me and kissing him on the cheek while still glaring at me. Knowing how jealous I was. "Sup" Wyatt replies as if he doesn't even care. God I hate him. "Let's go" Callie says grabbing his hand leading him to the kitchen only stopping to kiss him for what seemed like forever. When she finally finished kissing that slob she turned to me winking at me knowing exactly what shes doing to me. God, she's such a tease. I follow them into the kitchen tightening up when I see Callie sitting in Wyatt's lap. Wyatt starts to tell a story but I immediately cut him off "uh we should all get going or were gonna be late for school" Steph looks at her watch and agrees "you know what you're rig Brandon let's get a move on it" "uh you know what..." Callie begins and as soon as I hear her voice I sent into a trance "I'm gonna walk with Wyatt to school" she finishes and as soon as I hear Wyatt's name my trance is over. "Okay that's fine" Lena says and we all head out the door. The school day was kind of a blur of people I don't like, teachers I can tolerate and students I can do without. But during the day i would find myself just smiling for no reason and then realize i was thinking about Callie. I walk fast after school in an attempt to get dibs on the TV first. I walk into my house seeing Callie going up the stairs. I smile to myself thinking we were alone but before I had the time to fully get into the house jude comes from the living followed by another boy around his age. "Oh hey jude" "hi Brandon" "who's this?" I ask not really caring but stalling until Callie comes back down the stairs. "This is Connor" I'm already not listening because I hear footsteps down the stairs. It's Callie. I get happy at the sight of her. The first thing she says to me is "I was here first I call the tv" "I'll watch with you" I say almost as soon as she finished her sentence. Jude and Connor go upstairs and I follow callie to the living room. We sit and opposite sides of the couch. I grab the remote and turn up the tv as loud as we could bare then I say something in an almost whisper so she would have to get close to me to hear. She knows my game so it's not working. I decide a plan B and grab the phone right out of her hand. I put the phone behind my back "give it back!" She says almost serious. "Fight me for it" I say smiling. She dives on top of me trying to reach behind my back. I grab her flip her to where we both end up on the floor. Obviously I'm stronger than her by she still tries to wrestle the phone out of my grip. I flip her once more to where I was on top of her me I pin her hands to the floor. "Okay you win" she says laughing. I say nothing but just stare in her eyes instead. He eyes linger from my eyes to my lips and back up again. She wants to kiss me. I want to kiss her. I slowly dip my head tot he point where my lips are barely hovering over hers. Savoring the moment I've been waiting forever for. I love her. Before I get the chance to fully kiss her I hear this through the house "kids. I'm home" it's Lena. Of course. I jump off Callie hand her the phone and we both go into the kitchen acting suspicious. I was this close.
