Remy nodded at the guards they opened both the doors and everyone's attention was on us, we walked in and this wasn't like a meeting like the regular ones it was a royal council meeting we sat in these two throne like chairs. Remy's hand still had a tight comforting grip on my nervous slightly shaking hand the hold instantly calmed my nerves.
"Let's start the Royal Council meeting." Remy said in a tough voice sounding scary.
"Sire I believe it's only best fit for you and the kingdom to turn the Queen into a vampire." Said one of the men, I've noticed there's only a handful of women in the Royal Council.
"That's absurd it's there free will they shall pick and choose as there pleased." Came back a red head older woman this time.
"How can we know she will not report back to her people....her kind." Said a different man this time and there was a low choir of agreements this made me quite upset.
"She is mated to our King Remy Steel king by birth right, she would not go behind her mates back it's against mate instincts." Said a man this time and know there was some more agreements heard throughout the council.
"We can not trust a werewolf, especially a omega there the lowest of the low." Said a different man a small rumble came from Remy he's getting angry, and I heard my wolf lightly whimper.
"Enough!" I yelled shooting up I've had enough.
"I am a werewolf and I will continue to be so at that but I am Remy's mate he's my world, we where paired for a reason but you shall not disrespect me ever again like that. I am you Queen know I will serve and protect everyone in this kingdom by myself if I have to, I doesn't matter that I am different but violence is never the answer to situations like these." I said and finished my speech everyone sat in silence, Remy stood up and stood besides me.
"There my mate has said it know this council meeting has come to an end we will discuss further matters at the next Royal Council meeting." He said and everyone stood up and used there vampire speed to leave.
I released a breath I didn't know I was holding.
"I'm so proud of you." Remy said tilting my head up to look into his beautiful eyes.
"Hey don't cry." He said and his face fell instantly.
I didn't even know I was crying I reached up and whipped my tears away embarrassed.
"No angel it's ok don't listen to them I don't believe that your not like that." He said smashing me into his chest.
"I know it's going to be hard being a Queen to the Vampire kingdom as I am a Werewolf." I said once my sniffling had stopped.
"I know but I'm right here I'll never leave you to be by yourself, I'll always be here for you and with you for the rest of eternity." He said causing both of us to light up with huge smiles.
"Come on let's go out and eat." He said I nodded and we walked out to the front we got into his red Dodge Challenger.
"Ok where do you want to go?" He asked once we pulled out and started driving into the city more.
"Umm...oh McDonald's." I said excitedly, he looked at me amused what a girl needs a big cheat day here and there.
"Ok angel." He said.
I turned the radio up and very much to my pleasure my favorite song of all time came on....Stressed Out.
I absolutely love that song, I squealed excitedly and turned it up loud bumping the music, I sang and rapped the whole song not missing a beat or word, once it ended Remy turned down the radio till it was just light background humming.
"Your good at singing and rapping." He said looking rather shocked I laughed.
"Thanks.....oh my gosh awesome idea." I said turning towards him in my seat.
"What?" Remy asked confused and amused at the same time.
"What if we had a song." I said excitedly.
"What do you mean?" He asked still not catching on.
"Ok so we pick a song and if we hear it we could rap or sing oh or even both, yea?" I said explaining it further.
"Oh yea that would be fun." He said as his eyes lite up in excitement.
"Well we're here." He said as he parked right in front.
"Wait." He said before I could open the car door I froze in my tracks retracting my hands from the door.
He got out I was so confused until he came over to my door opening it for me and helping me out I thanked him and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
We walked in and up to a girl that was my age.
"What would you like angel?" He said hugging me from behind placing a kiss on my forehead.
"Umm a large soda, a sausage egg mcmuffin, and 2 cheeseburgers." I said going all out I guess.
"And I'll have a large soda also, 2 double bacon cheeseburgers, and a large fry's." He add after me, she took it all down and handed us 2 large soda cups.
We walked up to the soda machine, I poured ice and got Sprite. Remy filled his with ice and Root Beer.
We went and sat at a 2 seated table waiting for our orders we talked about the song but couldn't pick one then they called our number he got up and got it and placed it on the table.
"Let's dig in." He said before we started eating.
We sat in silence it wasn't a uncomfortable silence it was a content silent and I enjoyed it.
Once we finished we left and drove back to the palace by the time we had gotten back it was 4:56 p.m. the meeting went pretty long.
For the rest of the day Remy and I changed into comfortable clothes and relaxed the rest of the day, I definitely know I'm falling in...love with Remy and I actually feel like my life is going good.
