I woke up one morning, feeling depressed and tired. I thought "Great. Today is gonna be another 'terrific' day in school." I jumped out of bed and I slipped on the floor. "OW! That hurt!" I peered at the ground beneath my feet and it had a banana peel. I wondered where that peel came from. I grabbed my towel from my chair and I realized that it was not golden yellow, its original color. Instead, it was painted green! I started to get suspicious. I entered the shower and turned on the water. To my surprise, not one drop of water came out. I thought out loud, "You have to be joking. I think someone is playing some really nasty pranks on me." So I had no other choice but to go to school without taking my refreshing shower. This stumped me pretty bad.
I packed all my books that was assigned that day in my school bag and made my way down the stairs. I forgot that one of the stairs' borders was loose. I tripped over the border and I fell down the stairs. I thought that my parents were going to help me get up. Instead, they stood by my side and laughed at me. I yelled "OH COME ON! WHAT IS GOING ON WITH ME TODAY?!" I quickly stood up, stuffed my breakfast into my lunch kit, mounted my bicycle, and rode my way to school. Looks like my day wasn't going the way I thought it would.
I arrived at school and parked my bicycle against the wall. I entered my class and plopped down my bag near my desk. I did not think anything else would go wrong. However, I was dead wrong. The teacher for English, Ms Tinkle-Trousers, stormed into the classroom and boomed, "OK you little maggots! Get out your homework! I wanna see what in the world you guys did." I dipped my hand into my bag and pulled out my English notebook and opened it. To my utter shock, I realized that I did not complete the homework that was being asked for. When she passed by my desk, she roared, "Harris! What happened to your homework?" I had to come up with some bizarre excuse to why I did not complete my homework.
So I replied, "You see Miss, I had a little incident. My homework told me that it was going to run away and never return. So said so done. My homework ran away and came across some 'difficulties'. It came across Naruto, who gave it a spiraling Rasengan, and became twisted. It had to run and run away as far as possible. It came across Ichigo, who released his bankai, Tensa Zangetsu. He used Getsuga Tenshō on it and my homework died in the process." She raised an eyebrow and mumbled softly, "Harris, you expect a champion like me would believe a dumb story like THAT?!" I stared at her blankly and replied, "Uh... Yes?" Ms Tinkle-Trousers shook her head and muttered, "Harris, you gotta be kidding me. Let me take your full name so I would know you much better." I sighed heavily and replied, "Yes, miss. My full name is Rukia Harris." "Thank you, Rukia."
As the dismissal bell rang, I returned to the location where I placed my bicycle. I was stunned to find out that someone stole my one and only form of transport. I became really agitated and angry. I thought, "SERIOUSLY?! I don't think I want to know what bad luck is going to come my way. I really don't." As I began my journey home, I came across some hardships. I was nearly knocked down by a gigantic truck, but thank the Lord that that truck screeched at the right time. I thought, "I just had to be the one that was nearly knocked down." Out of the blue, I was confronted by El Dorado's most feared bullies, Chuck the Buck, and his assistants, Cole Claw and Victor the Vector.
Chuck the Buck bellowed, "Well, well, well boys. Look whom we have here. If it isn't Rukia, the daughter of the well-known doctor, Dr Harris. What luck." Cole replied, "I couldn't agree more, Boss." I questioned, "What on earth do you freak-shows want? I haven't done anything to upset you today." Chuck answered, "Yes, we know. We just wanted someone that we can use as a punching bag, and I think you would do perfectly." I had to stand strong against these bullies, although I knew I had no possible chances of getting out of here unharmed. They punched my arms and back powerfully, and they didn't stop until I fell to my knees and begged them to stop. Chuck then said, "We had a good time Rukia. Hope you had a good time. Farewell." Cole and Victor gave me an evil smirk before taking off. I thought, "I thought I was going to die in there."
I finally arrived home and I knew that the water wasn't going to come any time soon, so I didn't even bother to take a bath. I slogged towards my room and released the weight that I carried on my shoulders. I muttered to myself, "Finally, my sweet and comforting bed! There's nothing more comfortable than it." I jumped onto my bed and was greeted by pointed spikes poking my back. I screeched, "YAOW!" I ripped out the bed sheet to find the mattress filled with nails. Then I thought, "What is the date today?" I went to my calender and I checked for today's date. I read the date and realized, it was Friday 13th. I raged and screamed, "AND I HAD TO BE SO DUMB NOT TO KNOW THAT TODAY'S FRIDAY 13TH?! I MUST PAY MORE ATTENTION!" I would never forget the day where everything went wrong.
