Looking at the map, I realise that I never finished the tutorial room for my matter manipulator. Looking over at the control wall, I see that it says 'To finish practising, go back to 'Logic 101'', looking back at the map, I try to find that room. Suddenly a square expands, making me take a step back in surprise, and I see that it's the room I'm looking for. At the top it says 'Logic 101', and below it shows a picture of the room. It looks like the same place I left last time. Deciding that this would be a good place to go and learn more about how to use the manipulator, I press the 'Press To Go Here' that sits under the picture.
When I get there I look around and take everything in. To my left is the picture of the guy as an old man holding the elevator door open with his cane. Behind me is a door and infront of me is a room with a grey tinted glass panel sitting in the middle. The panel is as long as the hall way and in the middle is a white square with a blue block in the middle of that. From the looks of it, it's on the other side of the panel. Walking down the hall and around the panel I see that there's another grey panel, only this time, instead of a blue block sitting in the middle of the white square, it's a gap with a laser. On the other side of that panel there's a door blocking the path. Looking back at the panel with the blue block, I think I have a pretty good idea what I need to do. Pressing and swiping to the right, I activate my manipulator and turn my watch blue. Touching the blue block, I watch it burst into particles and form a block on my watch.
Tapping the face I grab the block when it pops up. Turning around and taking a couple of steps closer to the panel, I place the block in the gap so it is breaking the laser. The door behind the panel lifts open, but another door on the other side of the original panel drops. Pearing around the panel at the room that's now open to me I see that there's another one of those walls that come up halfway, and I single block sitting in the middle of it. Walking over to it, I decide to use a skill I learned the first time I was here. Collecting the block, I place is under the door, keeping it open, and go and get the block that was breaking the laser. Once I've done so, the door drops a little so that it's resting on the block I place to keep it open. Stepping so that I'm on the other side of the door, I remove the block keeping it open and it drops to the floor. Turning around I place one of my blocks in the centre of the ledge and use it as a step to help me get over the wall. I stand on the wall and use the wall to help me balance. Aiming and closing my fist at the block I used, I direct it to the opposite wall on the other side of the wall so that I can grab it. Once that's done I jump down and collect it so that I have two blocks.
Looking around I see that there's a picture on the wall to my left and a cube in the left corner of the room. The two faces facing me are made of the grey panels while the ones on the left and right are those lifting doors. In the middle of the panel closest to me there's another white square with a laser in the middle, letting me know that I need to place a block there. Before I continue on, I step over to the left wall and look at the picture. There are two people in the picture, the guy, and the person I assume is his friend, the one from the picture at the never ending staircases. The guy seems to have forgotten his pants and was oblivious to the fact until his friend pointed it out to him. Tapping it I read what it has to say to me, 'It's harder to progress if you're leaving things behind', but I don't think I've left anything behind.
Turning back towards the panel with the white square, I place one of my blocks in it. When I do so, the two doors lift up but another on in the middle drops. Assuming that this will be like the others, I place my second block under the door closest to me and collect my other block, making the door farest from me drop, the middle one lift open, and the one closest to me drop to rest on the block I placed. Taking the one I've placed under the door closest to me, I watch as the door drops. Walking around, I place the block in the hole, opening the two other doors, with my second block holding the middle door open, I'm able to get through.
Walking through the three doors, when I get to the end I turn back and take the block holding the middle door open. Turning back again I walk around the doors and into a long hallway. On my right there're two doors and in the middle there're three places to put blocks. Right across from there one the left wall is another picture, and a grey glass pane with another place for a block to go. At the pane the hall turns to the right. Walking down it I stop and face the three holes between the two doors. Now I get what the sign was saying, there're the exact number of holes as blocks I had had on my way to getting here. Turning around to face the picture I take a step towards it and see if the guy has gotten his pants on this time. I'm surprise to see that it's the girl again, the one that was on the dead end behind the platform. They're both still siting at the table, but she's looking the other way and is throwing her drink in his face. I think I'm able to understand what's happening here, the first time I saw the two of them together she was looking the other way and he had hearts around his head, he has a crush on her. This time she's throwing her drink in his face, most likely because he did or said something stupid. That's why he was sleeping on the table with food around him, she left him after throwing a drink in his face, I feel sorry for him.
Pressing it I see what wisdom it has for me, 'There are multiple ways to approach a situation', so there's a way for me to open the doors behind me? Looking at the holes again, I think it's talking about something else, maybe it has something to do with the hole at the end of the hallway. Walking the rest of the way down I peer around the corner, there's a glass panel and a door right behind it. Looking back at the hole, I see that it's meant for one block. The exact amount I have. Leaning to the left I look through the pane at the other side. There's a wall that splits the room in half. The half right in front of me has a door, the half on my right there's another platform. That half expands farther back then the other, directly behind and to the left of the platform the wall fades from white to yellow, there's also a laser right where the yellow starts. A bit after the halls entrance, right behind the platform, I can barely see the edge of another door. Taking out my block I place it in the hole and see that the door on the half most visible to me open. Turning to look back I see that that door has also opened. Walking down and around the grey pane I realise that the door is just far enough back that I can't grab my block without closing the door.
Walking through the door and around the left bend I'm confronted with a hall that has a red laser just in front of me and a door at the end. Walking through the laser the ring in the middle of the door lights up red and it lifts up, revealing the other end of the hallway. At the end it takes another sharp left and has a laser just before. Walking down the hall I turn around just before I hit the laser and take a couple of steps backwards. When I break the laser the doors drop, step out of the laser and back into them they do nothing with the doors. Walking around the bend I see that I'm not on the other side of the pane. Stepping around the separating wall I am able to get a better view of what the room looks like. There's a platform in the middle and a yellow hallway with a laser behind and to the left of it and a door directly behind the platform. Above the door there're four gaps that I can place block, so I can't go there yet. Carefully stepping around the platform, since I have no idea what it's going to do, I stand in front of the yellow hall with the laser.
The yellow fades to a red and at the end there's one of those elevating platform, the very similar to the one that brought me to the 'don't look down' room. In the middle of the platform there's a second laser, one that'll activate is. Walking through the first laser I look back to see if anything has change, but it's still all the same. Walking down and onto the platform then look up, making sure not to break the laser. The walls fade to orange, white, then to green at the top, there's another connecting hall straight in front of me. Stepping into the middle and breaking the laser the platform starts to rise. The only thing I can think of when I get to the top is 'why does the world hate me?', I'm back in the room.
