After my wand exploded and blew down everything in Ludos castle me and Marco looked at each other and hugged tight...I'm glad that I saved him even though we had our fight, maybe he was right I'm always getting into trouble or find danger but that's how I am, I fight and defeat bad guys "Star I'm sorry for yelling at you.." "No it's okay..I get carried away sometimes..and maybe your right I'm not really taking this seriously" he gave me a small smile "Now what? We defeated Toffee and the others..and your wand is missing half the star" "Maybe we should tell my parents..they probably know what to do and plus your parents are worried about you"

I got my dimensional scissors and cut open to the Diaz household "Oh thank goodness you two are safe" Mrs Diaz said as she hugged us "We were so worried about you Marco did they hurt you?" His dad said checking if he had anything "I'm fine..star saved me and she needs to talk to her parents" they looked at me "Thanks star for saving our son" they both hugged me tight "No problem...can't breathe Mr...Diaz" "Oh I'm sorry" he let go and we walked upstairs to my room and Marco stood beside me

"Whatever happens I'm here for you" "Thanks Marco" I called my mother on my mirror phone and she and dad didn't look too happy "Star why didn't you tell us you needed help!" My father said "Your in big trouble young lady" "Before you yell at me some more I need to show you this" I pulled out my wand and I heard their gasp "Star what happened?" "I said the spell that mom told me to save me and Marco from toffee..I have no idea where the other half is.." I held the wand in my hands in front of me "Well give it to me and I'll see what I can do" I gave it to her and she walked away from the mirror

"I'm sorry dad..I was just trying to save my best friend" he soften his expression "Its okay darling, I understand but now you have to be powerless without it until we can get it fixed" "So..am I staying here?" I asked "Of course..but stay out of trouble, I don't want the Diaz family calling on your mirror for stuff like this" "Okay I will...bye!" I turned off my mirror and looked at Marco "At least I'm here with you again..not leaving like I thought I would" he chuckles "Yeah..still got my bestfriend still" he put his arm on my shoulder and we walked out my room and headed downstairs "Can you make me your nachos? Please!" "Yeah..I'll make them because you saved my butt today" I smiled and sat in the living room and waited

I know that me and Marco been through so much since I came to earth but there is something between us that nobody else has..as I turn on the t.v. Marco comes out with a plate of nachos "Here you go star, nachos" "Thanks Marco!" I took a handful and began eating it "This tastes better then that sandwich.." Marco chuckle a bit and ate some nachos too "So..how are things with Jackie? Anything new?" "Um..nah just the usual I guess, how about you?"

I thought about it"Nope..I don't think I need a boyfriend right now..don't you remember Tom and blood moon ball?" "Yeah..? Aren't we like bonded together?" "Yeah..but we don't have to follow those silly rules.." we sat in silence eating our chips and I started to get sleepy "Man..I'm beat" Marco says and I nod in response "Let's get to bed, we have school in the morning" we got up and turned off the tv and headed up to our rooms "Night Marco!" He smiled "Night Star, sleep well" he entered his bedroom and closed it and I did as well..I was afraid of losing my best friend..

¤Marco Pov¤
I went to bed thinking about star..she sacrificed her wand for me..because I told her to grow up..I didn't mean it to come out so harsh but it did but she forgave me and when we hugged I knew we have to stay together when bad things happen..as I was about to sleep my phone vibrated (Jackie: Hey Marco are you okay?) She texted me? And I didn't have too..I think my obsession with her hasn't gone anywhere.. (Hey..yeah I'm okay) I put my phone on my nightstand and pulled my covers and fell asleep..The next day I woke up to the smell of my mom's pancakes, it smells good..as I was walking downstairs I noticed star hasn't woken me up instead?

Wonder what's wrong..I walk and knock on her door and she's at her window "Marco..am I a bad person?" My mouth dropped when she said that, never in my teenage life have a heard her say anything like this "No..your a great person..why did you say that?" I walked closer to her and she turned around with her eyes red from crying "Star? Have you been crying?" "Yeah..I was thinking about yesterday because I could've hurt you with my wand but I didn't and also I could've lost you in the process" I pulled her into a hug "Hey..I'm safe and we're together..we're best friends til the end, I promise you"

she held tight and I let her "Thanks Marco..lets get some breakfast I'm kinda hungry" I nodded and we went into the kitchen and grabbed some pancakes my mom made for ua and she left to work along with dad "I'm done..hurry Marco we're going to be late!" Star was her bubbly loud self "Alright..hold on" "No time!" She pulled my arm and we rushed down the sidewalk and got to school "We're early star" "Yeah..remember your thing with Jackie? You know the head tilting thing?" I smiled "Oh star..I should just give up, she's clearly into Blake" she gave me a confused look

"But I thought you liked Jackie?" "As a friend..I don't really see myself with her to be honest.." as I said that Jackie pass by "Hey Marco" "Hey Jackie!" She waved and continue on "Yeah..totally going to be as friends" she said grinning "I'll work on it, come on" we walked to our first class and I looked at Jackie and Star. I waved at Jackie and she smiled and waved back and as I looked at Star she was smiling and giggling, she was pretty..whoa what? She's my best friend I can't like her like that can I? "Mr. Diaz I hope your paying attention"

"Um...yeah I am" "Good..now as I was saying.." I sigh and put my head down and looked at the girls that I care about..Star and Jackie. After class I walked to my locker and star came towards me as well "Hey Marco! What happened in class?" "Oh..nothing I was thinking that's all, no worries" she raised an eyebrow and shrugged it off "Well okay...ready for class?" "Yeah.." we walked to our next class and for the rest of the school day, went pretty normal "Ugh I want to go home" star said groaning she must miss her wand "Miss your wand?" "Yes! I'm so bored without it and today wasn't that fun without it.." "Well that's how we deal with everyday life..a life without magic to help us." "How do you live?!" I began laughing and she caught up with me "Marco seriously, how?" "Magic" I said with jazz hands "That's not funny" "Well get used to it, this is going to be your life for awhile while your parents fix your wand.."

she made a face fell to the ground "What are you doing?" I stopped and looked at her "Leave me here to die.." I chuckle a bit and stood her up "Stop being silly, I don't have magic and I'm perfectly fine" "Fine..can you give me a piggyback ride?" I nodded and carried her all the way home "Thank you Marco" "No problem...I'm going to do my homework so if you need me just come and get me" I waved and went to my room and did my homework and after a few minutes star came in "Can I stay here with you..I " "You rather be safe with me?" "Yup exactly..what homework you doing?" "Math..want to work on it together?" She nodded and we worked together, their were moments when we just looked at each other and glance away..maybe my feelings has changed.
