I'm making this rant, for many reason, but since the new trailer had come out during Super Bowl 50, I might as well address some concerns/problems.1) Team Cap, or Team Tony?
Honestly, both. Neither Tony nor Cap is on 'the wrong' side. I was reading the comments for the new trailer, and a few comments had insulted Team Tony, and even more were insulting Team Cap. But, here's the thing!!
NEITHER TEAM IS THE WRONG SIDE.
Tony is right in this situation.
----Spoilers----
In the comics, of which I own personally, the reason Civil War breaks out, is because on a mission, The Avengers and other heroes try and take down a group of villains. One villain, however, had an uncontrolled power, and ended up wiping out the city and killing a lot of people. Cap and Tony, as well as other Avengers and Heroes, begin the Search and Rescue and the gradual reconstruction of the city, but Tony is distressed.
He suggests the Super Hero Registration Act. A Government owned idea that places a law, saying that every hero, no matter what age, or power, must be registered. For example, in America, once you're sex offender, you have to introduce yourself AS AN OFFENDER. The Registration Act will take that path, however you must be introduced as a Hero.
This, in retrospect, will be a great idea. Now, villains and heroes alike cannot hide from the government nor the public eye and will bring down damage and the percentage of power abuse in the entire world.
However, Steve has authority issues, but he is STILL RIGHT in this situation.
Steve dislikes having people registered 'like cattle' or 'like animals'. He wants everyone to be free.
His opinion is valid! He's right!
By putting people in the Registration Act, they will be open to more murders, more killing of people with powers. Over all bullying in the school, being seen as a freak, etc. etc. etc.
Cap wants to protect the rights of the people. He wants to protect their freedom.
Tony wants to ensure their safety.
2) Events Leading Up To Civil War (MOVIES)
In the movies, or the First Avengers Movie, Tony and Cap have bad blood. They're bickering and fighting over every little thing, it's horrible, and makes me sick and very disgusted to my core.
2A) Events Leading Up To Civil War (COMICS)
In the comics, Tony and Steve are practically married. Not going to lie, their friendship is something that runs so deep, the movies are practically mocking what they have.
In the animated series, Avengers Assemble, Tony and Steve are friends, however they do bicker over this and that. Nothing compared to the movies, however.
3) Bucky
I honestly cannot complain about Bucky. He is a huge teddy bear who is finally reunited with his best friend after 50+ years.
However, because of his presence in Civil War, it sparks an entire other ark (see 6. Civil War Outcome/The Death of Captain America)
----EDIT----
"Bucky Barnes continues to be front and center in Civil War marketing. The conflict revolves around him, and I've heard that depending on how the editing shakes out, Sebastian Stan might end up with a bigger part than Chris Evans. Even if it doesn't break that way, Stan is in a LOT of this movie. Spider-Man 3.0 is going to be a big deal because he's one of the most recognizable superheroes on the planet, and Ant-Man is going to be a scene-stealer for sure, but Bucky Barnes is the one poised to break out. The movie is engineered to show off the Winter Soldier's capability—he's got a melee sequence that is f*cking unbelievable—and just how ruthless he is. Team Iron Man is a total flop in the comics, but I think the movie solved it. And he's not wrong—Bucky Barnes is too dangerous to go unchecked."

For more information on how Bucky has a bigger light that Steve, see 6) Civil War Outcome/The Death of Captain America
4) Why the Hell Is Natasha on Team Tony
I'm not sure, but I hope the Russo Brothers clear up this topic during the movie.
5) Insulting Team Members
Don't insult anyone. Don't insult Black Panther, don't insult Ant Man or Bucky. Most importantly, DON'T INSULT CAP OR TONY. THIS IS NOT ONLY HYPOCRISY BUT GROSS HYPOCRISY. IF THIS MOVIE WAS AN IRON MAN MOVIE, EVERYONE WOULD BE TEAM TONY, YET IT IS TOLD FROM CAP'S POV, MAKING IT SEEM LIKE TONY IS AN ENEMY ONLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE COLLIDING VIEWS. THERE IS NO VILLAIN, THERE IS NO GOOD OR BAD GUY.
6) Civil War Outcome/The Death of Captain America Ark
----Heavy Spoilers----
There is a very hearty outcome, however, in the Comics, Cap becomes self aware. During the last battle, Cap looks around, and sees not the free world he wanted. Not the happy world he needed for Bucky and him to survive in, but a War Zone, a horrible, hellish place that is on fire with weapons, hatred, injury and death.
He says something along the lines of, 'This is not what Cap would do,' or 'This isn't want I wanted.'
He turns himself in, and says something like 'I am not surrendering as Captain America, but as Steve Rogers,' and then further explains how he had hated fighting with Tony, and disliked every moment of hate they had shared.
I'm unsure the events that happen next. The following events could have taken place right after Civil War, or a few arks after.
On his way to (a) trial, Steve Rogers is shot in the back, further killing him.
The entire country mourns, Bucky takes the hit. He had just gotten back into the grove of being... him again, and then Steve dies. It's tough on him, and Tony, further in the comics, is shown crying, getting drunk (and crying), thinking of Steve in little things such as the old hammers Tony keeps in his garage, and generally really weird things that for some reason make Tony cry.
I'm unsure how this is relevant, on second though, but the so called 'Death of Captain America' has really shaped, and is actually shaping how the events in Civil War are going to happen.
----EDIT----
Bucky Barnes, sometime after the death of Steve, absorbs the role of Captain America. Sam Wilson, otherwise known as Falcon, another member of the Avengers, also absorbs this power, and I am unable to recall strongly, but I believe that they were both Cap at one point in time. How that had worked with only one shield is beyond me, and I must renew my knowledge on the comics before I go any further on the topic.
However, time passes (how long, I cannot say), and Steve Rogers was back (by popular demand). Again, how he came back is out of my reach of explanation, but he returns to claim the shield and is absorbed back into The Avengers.
In other words: Captain America: Civil War is going to end me.
