"I don't know about th-" "Try me." I interrupted Micheal, not really caring what they thought. "Alright. But if you lose, you tell us a bit about yourself. Okay?" He stuck his hand out for me to shake. "Sure, doesn't really matter. But if i win you have to......hmmmm..............let me punch you in the gut. With your shirt off." I smirked.
This was going to be fun. Everyone gathered around us as Micheal put in Super Mario Bros Smash. "I hope you know, I punch harder than what you may think." I said, grabbing the second controller. "We'll see about that, kid." He smirked, and set up the game for ten rounds in two player mode. He picked charzard, so I picked lucario. A battle between mega's we silently agreed. I beat him every time.
"I can't believe this! I got beat by a kid!!" He was not happy, but I was. I get to punch him. He stood and took off his shirt. "Please don't hit me to hard, okay?" He said, closing his eyes. This got a giggle out of Lindsay, which, in my opinion, was cute. I took my usual fighting stance and pulled back my fist. I swung my first full force towards his stomach.
I stopped just before my fist made contact with his stomach. "You don't seriously think I'd punch someone who never provoked me, do you?" I said with a smirk. He gave a surprised look before I slapped him in the face. Everyone laughed, even Barbara. After that, Barbara took me on a tour of the RT HQ. I did my best to hide my heavy breathing, but she noticed. I know she did, even if she didn't say anything. "You okay, kid?"
"I'm fine." I said, stuffing my hands in my pockets and slouching slightly. I wasn't in the mood to argue. She placed a hand on my back and rubbed it a little. 'This is just great, I can't believe I feel like passing out now.' I thought to myself. You see, all my life, I've been sick. I've had to go to the hospital to many times for me to count. "Just say something if you're not feeling well, okay?" She asked me.
I had no choice but to trust her. "Have someplace quiet?" I asked softly, aware that it would throw her off. "Yeah, we can go to my office, I have some work to do anyway." She said, leading the way to her office. Once we were there, I sat on the small couch and got out my notebook and pencils. Writing always calmed me down for some strange reason. I had been so focused on finishing up this part of the story I was working on, I didn't notice that Barbara had sat beside me and started to read it.
"That's really good." I jumped at the sound of her voice, and pulled my book towards my chest. She gave a heart filled laugh and patted my shoulder. "No need to be jumpy, Jumper." She said. I looked at her and smiled, I guess I could call her mom, but it'd be kinda weird to do it. "Um, thanks. I guess, it's not all that good, but I'd like to think it is." I told her, still hugging the book to my chest. "Think I can read it sometime?" She asked me.
"I guess, but don't go telling anyone what's in this book." I said demandingly, I didn't want people knowing what I wrote about. She smiled at me and nodded, showing she understood. "Good." I said, removing the book from my chest. She smiled again and stood up. "Are you feeling any better?" She asked me, and I nodded. "Loads better." I told her.
After a little while, we went back home. We ate dinner then took showers, after that we come to where we are now, the living room area. We were watching the same show we watched the day before. Ridiculousness. It was funny. And I was thinking of adding them to one of my stories, or making a story with them in it. "You know you're gonna have to do school work, right?" She told me, and I nodded. I had figured as much. "We'll get the home schooling packet, this way you don't get into fights at the school." Barbara said.
I nodded, "That would probably be best." I said, knowing my short temper span would get me in trouble. She smiled, then a look of questioning came to her face. "What would you think if I let you on the next podcast we're doing at the studio?" She asked. I smiled big, "That would be awesome!" I exclaimed happily. We laughed together, and eventually, we fell asleep on the couch.
_____________________________________When I woke up, I noticed that Barbara wasn't on the couch with me. I sat up and rubbed at my eyes like a young child would. I felt a whole lot better than I did yesterday. I smiled as I looked to the kitchen area of the apartment, Barbara was fixing us some cereal. I wasn't sure what kind it was, so I got up and padded softly to the kitchen. "Morning, Sasha. Sleep good?" She asked me.
I nodded, I didn't feel like talking at the moment. It was to early in the morning for me. After we ate, Barbara told me to go look in my room. She said there was something I'd like. When I got to my room, I saw two new outfits. One was a black shirt the had 'I DON'T CARE!' in big red letters. For the pants, there was a pair of red jeans with a black flame design on the sides. There was also some black socks with a red flame design, and a black beanie with a red flame design one it.
I didn't like it. I loved it!! And the second outfit? You might be asking. Well, that was the same, but the colors were flipped. I picked up the first one and changed in to it. The shirt was long sleeved and the pants were a little baggy. That's just how I like my clothing. I walk out of my room with a smile on my face, I think this is going to be a good day for me.

FanfictionI'm 15 years old today, and, to tell you the truth, it hasn't been such a good day. First off, I was beat up, again. Second off, I didn't eat any breakfast. Third off, I was told someone wanted to adopt me. Great, since I live in a shitty orphanage...
