Alannah's p.o.v
Right now I was taking care of a wendigo problem in this tunnel my dad and Sam we're bringing the people out safely so I decided to distract it "COME GET ME YOU SON OF A BITCH!! I TASTE GOOD!" And I went the other direction and they went the other direction I could hear it coming for me "COME ON!! YOU WANNA HAVE A PIECE? WELL YOUR GONNA HAVE TO TRY HARDER THAN THAT!!" It cornered me into a wall.I laughed because he thought it won but that was my plan all along to get him to corner me then I would torch the fucker and that's exactly what I did I watched to
make sure it was dead then I joined the others outside my dad was waiting for me with a worried expression on his face cause when I torched the wendigo one of his claws cut my face it went from the top side of my forehead to the end of my cheek he ran over to me "are you ok?" He said with a concerted look on his face "it's just a little scrape I'll be fine I'll live I mean Cassie can fix me up" then she popped up out of nowhere "Cassie! We talked about this! What did I say about that!?" I exclaimed "To not pop out of nowhere and the scare the crap out of you" she replied "Well you scared the crap out of me!" "I'm sorry forgive me Alannah" Cassie says i just look at her then once again she flashes away.I walk to the car and sit in the back cause dad and Sam are always in the front and they won't let me be in the front but I just lie down and sleep when I come back from a hunt but am we were going to get dinner at the diner so I wasn't gonna fall into a deep sleep.We pulled up at this diner it looked like a great place to eat in so I of course walked in first.We sat down and got our menus and picked what we were gonna have dad was getting a double cheeseburger with fries and a beer, Sam was getting a salad and water, I was getting pie with fires and a coke "Dad I'm going to the bathroom" I say and I walked to the girls room but before I reached the door this guys came up to me he looked like he was at least two years older than me "Hey girl" he says with a smirk on his face "Hi" I said back "You know you're pretty cute" he says back I laughed "Are you trying to flirt with me?" "maybe I am" he says and starts to lean closer to me "Dude I'm sorry but I'm bi" I said the smile on his face dropped and he just walked away I rolled my eyes and went to the bathroom when I was finished I looked at myself in the mirror and I was shocked at the woman I saw in the reflection there wasn't a shine on her hair the sparkle in her eyes were gone there were bags under her eyes it was scary from what I saw but I didn't really care so when I went back to my seat the food was ready "What was that boy talking to you about?" "He was trying to flirt with me and I just told him that I am bi then he left"
My dad just chuckled and continued to munch into his burger and began to eat my pie it was amazing! After the diner we went back to the motel and I went straight to my room because I was exhausted. I was changing into more comfortable clothes to sleep in once I was changed into a tank top and shorts I turn around to see Cassie standing there "GOD DAMMIT CASSIE WHAT THE HELL!!" I exclaimed "What?" She says in a confused tone "WERE YOU THERE THE WHOLE TIME I WAS CHANGING???!!??" I was kinda freaked that she did that "what is the problem I don't see the problem" she says again in a confused tone "you don't pop into a room of there is someone getting changed but it doesn't matter anymore" I said Cassie looked tired "Come here" I said she walked up to me, I handed her a t-shirt and a pair of shorts "Change into these then come out when you're ready" she did what I said then when she came back in I pulled her into the bed and I wrapped my hands around her waist "Now let's go to sleep" so we both went to sleep and it was the best sleep I ever had I felt so happy and safe with Cassie in my arms and i didn't want it to end but I knew it would so I enjoyed it while I could.
CASSIE'S P.O.V
It's weird I have never felt this feeling before it's in my stomach it's like butterflies are in there is it normal to feel like this when next to a woman? I knew Alannnah felt it too because I could hear her heart beating very fast it was like mine. But I loved it, I love being here with Alannah with her arms wrapped around me.
