Junior High

New School, New People

Well I'm finally at my notorious highschool. I have been going through the halls with a guide all day then I finally ask her to leave me be and she leaves. So I got to school and went to the front office and we got all the "important" documents out of the way. Anyhow, this school is huge! I've already seen so many cute guys I don't even know their names. I'm not that interested in boys but, I will have a crush and I'm just hoping Anthony Mills is no where to be seen because, that could ruin my chance at friends. I never stood out back home here I might have a chance just to get friends.

My first block is math and my teacher is Mr.Russo he is nice but, I already know what I need to know for his class and should I mention I'm in honors courses in all my classes. Second I have Art with Mr.Laurence as one of my extra classes I have the other one next semester. Then I have Language Arts for my third class my teacher is Mrs.Wells. Next I have Mrs.Smith the Science teacher she seems nice and I think I'll take a liking to her. Finally my last class of the day Mr.Winchester yes he has the last name of a gun brand but, oh well. He's a little wonky and I kind of got a little anxious to just walk and turn around and go away from his class. He's the History teacher so, I can see where he gets the wonkiness from. That's my schedule for this semester.

So during school I bumped into a really cute guy and I dropped my stuff on the floor he said,"Hey are you alright?" while picking up my stuff with me on the floor. I shyly said, " Yea, thanks for helping me get my stuff up." Then he asks," Are you new here I'm Kyle Trent." I was nervous but, I kept my composure and said,"Yea, I'm new here my name is Melody Ungrage I'm from North Carolina." He says back,"Well nice to meet you and welcome to New York, just don't get lost if you do call me." I blushed and looked at the floor and kindly took his phone number and I said,"Th-thanks ,will do and I have a question what year are you?" He says back,"Junior year leading quarter back on our football team and our school is the Eagles." I replied exuberantly,"That's so cool and I'm a junior too I have all honors courses and I sing and play the guitar." He replies,"That's cool hope to see you around." He walks away and winks at me. I just freeze then a girl claps her hand on my shoulder and I jump. She says," He's not like that to everyone, what have you got going for ya?" She s lifts my chin up and she goes wide eyed. She says"You're gorgeous!" "If ya say so." I say that looking up at her. "Oh where are my manners I'm Jessica but, you can call me Jess." she says that as I fix my hair. "I'm Melody Ungrage I'm new and I'm from North Carolina." I say that as she grabs her phone. "Wow a country girl that's why you have a little accent."she says that jokingly. "Sure...,but while you're here where's Mr.Russo's class its math?"
She points to the door on the right and says,"Right there that's actually where I'm going so we have first block together." I reply as kindly as possible," Cool so lets get going on before the bell." "Okay."she replies as we walk to class.
