Hala's POV
We all arrived at college and continued our daily chit chat. Jashi cracked many jokes and we hi fied each other.
"Where is kadeeja? Why she is so late?" Noufa doubted.
"Yesterday was her cousin's engagement!! May be she'll be absent today!!" Gulshan cleared noufa's doubt.
We all were happy because merli mam didn't came today. " may be merli mam got fever because of yesterdays fear!!!" Jashi chuckled and said.
Unexpectedly Kadeeja was appeared on the entrance of our class. We all cooed when we saw her. She came and sat near us , mumbling Salam with a sad face
I felt worry in her expression. She is not like other girls who got hurted for silly things. I'm sure that she is hiding something from us.
"Kadeeja!!! Is everything fine?" I inquired.
"Nothing yaar!!! Everyone plan but Allah's plan is better" she said in a sign.
"What happened Kadeeja..... how was your engagement?" Jashi insisted.
"Hmm....not bad" she replaid.
"Engagement was over with great party. But Omair is not satisfied in this relashion" Kadeeja continued.
"Why???" Everyone screamed in a same tone.
"Yesterday night Omair was enjoying with his friends at beach..." Kadeeja lowered her voice.
"Then...." I eagerly asked
"He....he saw z...zubi with her boy friend" she stammered.
"Boy friend" we all shocked.
"Yeah!!! When Omair asked her who was with her, she told him that.....that guy was her boyfriend. She wanted to marry that guy, but because of her parents compel she agreed to marry omair "Kadeeja expounded.
"What response did omair gave?" Gulshan asked
"Omair told her, he will broke the engagement....." Kadeeja said by looking at her lap.
" Kadeeja................'abu umamah narrates in a hadith qudsi : I heard Rasulullahi (saw) saying that Allah subhanahu says: O son of Adam! If ( on losing something or hearing some grievous news) from the beginning you have patience. And hope for my pleasure and my reward then I will not be pleased for you with any thing less than paradise'................so be patience and pray for better one for omair " Noufa comforted her
About 5 minutes there is an awkward silence between us. After some time Kadeeja broke the silence" today merli mam didn't came?"
"Nope!!! Can we escape from the uni, and go for outing??" Jashi said for changing kadeeja's mood.
" yeah!!! It sound good!!!" I cheered up.
We went to coffee shop in gulshan's car." This time I can't Bear, if we met with accident" Kadeeja jocked.
" I always used to drive carefully. That time I was nervous and so met with an accident" Gulshan groaned.
" thank god!!! That boy wasn't rude, or else........" Noufa said and cut off by jashi.
" Wait.....why that guy stared at you? " jashi hesitated.
"How would I know??" Gulshan tried hard not to smile.
