"This is your third time this week Jenny"  Said the officer as i walked in breathless, i knew it was wrong, i should have stopped but i couldn't it is just so addictive. "Nice seeing you again" I said, i was trying to play it cool, pretend like i wasn't nervous, i hoped he didn't notice the sweat running from my forehead. " We need to call your parents, they must put some boundaries" He said, didn't even look me in the eyes. " Don't bother, all they care about is my dad running for president and my sister going to Harvard!" I said i didn't want him to know how much they hate me and cannot wait till i am 18 and can finally leave the house, Well too bad for them i have 3 more years! "Call the parents Larry" He called to his co-worker, he didn't even listen. Like everybody else, he doesn't care.

                                          *************************************************

My parents got there after a while. "Ugh, what did i do to the gods to get such a girl?" my mom said with disappointment. My dad turned to the officer "how much will it cost to get her out of here?" My dad said, he looked serious but i knew how mad he was. "100,000" the officer said, my dad pulled out his checks and gave it to him. As you might notice out family is.. well.. loaded.

The car ride was quiet, i stared into the windows quietly, i said to myself that this is the last time i smoke, and that weed is not the answer to my worries, i knew i was lying to myself. When we got home i wanted to go upstairs to the room i thought was safe but before i could go anywhere "Jennifer Bethany Madson" My mom called me, i knew it was serious because she used my full name, "get back here we have something to tell you" i walked back there slowly and looked down. "You are a disgrace to our family, your dad cannot have a reputation of a father of a drug addict!" she said. I told you everything they care about is his stupid campaign. "We decided to sent you to boarding school in Australia, we cannot let your dad have such a reputation" My mom said, my dad stayed quiet. We used to have such a great bond when i was younger, i just don't know what happened. I tried hiding my nerves, but i couldn't.  "Do you even care?" I asked them looking at the floor. "What?" My dad asked pretending not to hear. " I said do you even care, about me,have you even asked me how my day was?  or ever talked to me to at least  try to know whats going on? Ill tell you, You didnt so now please let me go pack my bag and do not disturb me, when i come back down get me the tickets and leave me alone!" I ran upstairs and didn't look back, in my heart i wanted them to come to say something to scream my name but there was nothing, silence i packed my bag and went downstairs, i grabbed the plane ticket that was on the table and went away. I called a taxi in the way out and went to the airport. i wore a plain T- Shirt with comfortable leggings, black hoodie and black converse. When i got to the airport i called me best friends, Shelly. I told her everything and started crying i didn't even care if people were watching that tattooed girls with the nose piercing who looks so tough crying. I just didn't care.
