Chapter 2: Middle School Affairs

Me and Marcus was hanging out at the mall. Middle school was middle school. Marcus was a football player and I was a cheerleader. We barely had time to hang out because practice has been so crazy and long. Me and Marcus wanted to spend some time together alone and his brother dropped is off at the mall. His boys were there and my girls were there too. Wassup Cam". Marcus said to his best friend Cameron. "Hey Daisy". Cameron said smiling. "Hey Cameron". I said smiling back. "Naw, Daisy its Cam to you". Cameron said still smiling. "Okay, Cam". I said. "Okay Cam enough flirting with my girl. Marcus said. "My bad bro". Cam said. "Yeah, that's what I thought". Marcus said. "Alright I'll leave you two love birds alone then". Cam said walking away. "What's wrong with cam?" I asked. "He's always like that Daisy boo". Marcus said while grabbing my hand. I loved when Marcus called me "DaisyBoo". It always made me smile when he said that. We were holding hands and then Marcus started talking. "Bae you wanna  know something?" Marcus asked. "Sure babe". I said. "I'm really digging this us and I think we might be together forever bae". Marcus said grabbing both of my hands. He reached in this back pocket and grabbed a long box. He looked at me. "I wanna be committed to you 110% and I promise you that". Marcus said then he pulled out a promise ring that was hanging on a chain. "Awwww babe, thanks". I said smiling. "You mine Daisy boo and I always want you to be mines just mines nobody else's, you mean the world to me Daisy boo and I love you". Marcus said smiling. I was shocked. Did he just say the 3 words I've been waiting to here. Me and Marcus was together since the 5th grade and now we were in the 8th grade. "Awwwww,  baby, I've been waiting for you to say that and I love you too". I said smiling and blushing. We kissed then he put the promise ring necklets around my neck. I was so happy that me and Marcus was together and we were happy.
