Rémy's P.O.V
She's so beautiful, I looked at her every feature, I hate myself, I don't even deserve her friendship. I brushed my hand through her dark brown hair, and closed my eyes, Oh Laura, I don't know how to say sorry. How to say...that, I'm sorry.Laura's P.O.V
I snuggled closer to my pillow , since when was my bed this comfortable, wait, since when does my pillow, breathe? . I opened my eyes to see, Rémy, who was now staring out my bedroom window. He's actually a weirdo. Although, he did listen to me and take care of me last night when I was having a panic attack. I was about to say something, when he walked quickly out of the room. Fine then. Be an ass.I went downstairs to make some breakfast, and if he cares to join me he's welcome to, if he doesn't, I don't give a shit. I have had enough of his attitude.
Bang!. I heard the door shut, as he stormed in. "What are you doing?", he asked as he strolled in and stared at the egg that was frying in the pan. "What do you think I'm doing", "Whatever, there's no need for the smart comments", he said hiding his smile. Well done Laura, you deserve a pat on your back. I smiled as I turned to look at him. "Come on, sit down", I placed the food down on the table.
I tried to start a conversation going, but didn't know what to speak about. "So?, how many girlfriends, have you had?", I asked, cringing at my question.
"I don't do relationships", he said, stuffing his face so he had an excuse not to speak. "What do you mean?", "Look, why commit to a relationship, when whoever you do fall in love with is gonna ignore you and fall in 'love', with some other guy, who has more money, or a better car than you, I'd rather stay away from that shit, not like I deserve to be loved or cared for", "But-- Can we not", he interrupted me, grabbed his keys and walked out. "Rémy!, wait", I half ran after him. He looked back, and whispered something, that I couldn't make out. And left.
What's his problem?, like who just walks off like that, weirdo. I wonder who it was who broke his heart like that.
Ah, stop. Why am I even, thinking of him. While I chucked all the plates in the dishwasher, I heard my phone go off, Aliza! .I jumped at the excitement, a beach party, no way, I always thought she was messing when she spoke about her wedding going on for a week. I looked at the time, I had to be at her house at 6 it was nearly half 2, ugh, better hurry I've got so much to do.
I came out of my shower, and was buried in my closet searching for what to wear. When I saw a small, battered picture on the ground. I straightened out the creases and saw that it was Rémy, and with him a girl. She was very pretty and looked only a few years younger than Rémy himself. Breakthrough!. That's his girlfriend who broke his heart.
2 1/2 hours later...
Ugh!!, where did I put the other heel!, I searched all over my room and finally found it. I grabbed my jacket and heard the impatient taxi driver who had been beeping continuously for five minutes.Aliza was there to greet me with her big smile as she hugged me tightly and complimented my dress. "Girl, wait till you see my bikini, and the one I got for you!", she said excitedly, pulling me in.
I wonder where Rémy is, if he's okay, if he's thinking about me, doubt he is. Aargh. I have to stop thinking about him, this is Aliza's party, I'm not going to ruin it, by thinking of him.
