Kim's pov
It's been 2 weeks since I meet Jack and I think I have a crush on him. So this morning was the same as always I woke up and got beat by my dad it's a secret that no one knows not even Jack and he's my best friend. So after that happened I went to the dojo Rudy gave me a key so ever morning I go to cover up my bruises from the others so I went to change before school starts but when I came back Jack was here "hey Kim what - whoa whoa whoa what happens to your face"he asked concerned "I fell"I said lying so bad "Kim tell me the truth"he said "fine but you have to promise not to tell anyone" he shook his head yes "okay well my dad abuses me" I said while tearing up "hey it's okay and I promise not to tell any one else"he said sweetly,then he started to lean in and I did to then he kissed me then pulled back and smiled "I will see you later"he said nervously I shook my head then he left and I covered up my bruises and went to school
