I was just minding my own business crying like a little girl thinking what am doing am a daughter of Bellouna I'm have to be strong but I just couldn't hold my tears back I burst out crying my heart out. Suddenly I heard a tree branch crack behind me, turned and saw Nico!
"Reyna?"he said his voice was soft and gentle I could still see the mark were I slapped him.
"Nico, oh my gods!" I sobbed I tried standing up but as soon as I stood my legs gave way, Nico rushed forward and I fell in his arms. I cried so much I put my head on his chest while he stroked my hair to calm me down.
"It's ok Reyna your safe." " I'm here for you." Nico said " Nico I'm so sorry please forgive me." I cried even harder,"Reyna look at me." I looked up to see Nico's eyes staring right into my eyes, "I'm not mad at you I was just a little shocked that's all."he said with a smile, I took a deep breath and smiled back.
" I'm sorry I slapped you." I said as I bandaged his cheek I trickled a little nectar on it so it could heal, he winced as I dabbed it with a small cloth. "There feel better?" I asked "yeah thanks" he smiled widely I looked away blushing, then my eyes started closing and fell against Nico's chest and started snoring, the last thing I remembered was Nico putting his arms around me as I slept.
