"Maria you singing to loud I know that when you were younger New World by Charice was your favorite song, but I don't like it when people start staring at us," Lilac said. I can't believe she's stopping me from continuing on with one of my favorite songs, but I stopped anyway because of how afraid she was. Also because if she decided scooting any closer to me I was gonna become claustrophobic.

"Fine I'll stop, but we have to join the talent show no if, and, or but," I told her mischievously. She nodded her head in understanding eargerly to get me to shut up. Even though she might be small, and shy I know she will give it a shot even if it means going through with her fear of people and stage fright, which is mostly why I talked during the student council meetings.

I remember when I was younger I used to always go outside and play with my cousins Celeste, Serenity, and Kelsey, but after what had happened with Kelsey we moved ten blocks away along with my best friend Lilac and her sister Lily. Me and Lilac has been best friends since we were born. The surprising thing is that we were both born on the same exact day. The one thing that I love to do is something that runs through me and my cousins body. I love to sing. So does Lilac, she loves singing just as much as I do.

Ever since what had happened to Kelsey, Celeste had stopped and I hadn't heard her sing again. Speaking of my cousin I haven't talk to her in a while I'm going to have to give her a call later on to see how she's holding up. I love talking to her about my problems and the same thing goes for my cousin Serenity we used to all just chill with each other including Kelsey but after the events I don't think we want to go through that horrible tragedy again.

All I know is that I was riding the bus to school like I do every other morning as usual with my best friend Lilac. I felt as though I had no care in the world, but truth is I was still hurting inside from what had happened with my cousin a few years back. I bet Celeste still blame herself for it when it's not even her fault.

"Maria, can you stop reading and hurry up we're going to miss our stop," Lilac's soft spoken voice had pierced through my ears. I quickly stopped reading my book and pulled the wire. The bus immediately came to a halt making me fly onto someone's lap. I looked up to see that it was a very good looking boy around my age staring down intently at me.

"Um... hello," the boy said smiling down at me. I couldn't help but blush. He looked to be around my age and it looks as though he goes to my school.

It took me a moment, but I finally recognized him as Dylan. We have our last period together and this is the first time that we have actually spoken.

"Maria come on or we gonna be late," Lilac cried. Sher was totally embarrassed that I had flew onto some guy lap. Wait. Shouldn't I be embarressed I mean I am the one still on his lap. I looked over to the bus driver to see that he was getting very impatient with us. I was about to climb off the boy, but he held me firmly in his grip and lifted me up. I was about to snap at him, but before I registered anything he carried me off of the bus with Lilac trailing behind us.
