I woke up to a knock on the bedroom door. I looked at the clock, it's 2:29 in the morning. I wrapped up in a cover from Josh's bed since Ethan has his. I unlocked the door. It was Josh.
"Hey Josh. What do you need?"
"Mum is home and said I had to come in here and turn the tv off."
"Oh, what were you doing?"
"I was watching tv isnce you guys were in here, and I didn't want to bother you."
"Oh, Ok. Well come in then." I opened the door all the way for him to enter.
"I hope I didn't interupted anything."
"Oh, no. we were sleeping."
"Ok. Hey, where's my cover?" he asked as he turned to me. "Oh, you have it."
"Ya, sorry. Here let me get back under the covers with Ethan."
"Are you dressed under it?"
"No, sorry. I hope you don't mind.'
"No, just give it to me after you are covered." He turned away as I sliped back under the sheet.
"Here you go." I said as i tossed it at him. I curled back up next to Ethan.
"You guys look perfect together."
"Thanks."
"I hope I find someone who loves me like you love my brother."
"You will, you just have to wait. Don't rush it. You know it's ture when you have a spark, you know?"
"Ya. Do you guys have a spark?"
"Ya. It shocked us at first. We didn't know what it was so he held hands and felt it again, so we knew for sure."
"Did you ever think you end up with your best friend."
"No, but that doesn't change anything."
"Well he's lucky to have you."
"Ya."
"Did you think you find love so early in life?"
"No, but every 16 year old thinks there in love."
"Ya. Well you guys stay safe, OK?"
"Ok, whatever you say Josh. We will."
"OK, I'm serious."
"I know and so am I."
"OK. night."
"Good night."
I curled back up to Ethan and he wrapped his arm around me and kissed me on the head.
"I love you Anna, and I'm not always going to listen to Josh." he said.
"So you heard everything."
"Yes."
"Oh. What do you mean you aren't always going to lisen to Josh?"
"He said 'stay safe' but if we're ment to be then we wont always have to stay safe."
"What do you mean." the panic rose in my voice.
"We will have a baby someday but not now. Not for a while."
"Oh."
"I didn't mean to freak you out or anything."
"You didn't I'm just happy you think of us as a family in the future."
"We will be the happiest family ever."
"Aw baby, I'm so happy to have you."
"Forever."
"And always."
He kissed my forehead and we went back to sleep.
