I wanted to scream. "Mom what is wrong with you!?" I whispered angrily, trying to sit up a bit; careful not to wake up Jc. "What's wrong with me? What's wrong with you? Why are you sleeping with Ricardo's friend?" she gabbed, pointing at an innocent looking, sound asleep Ricardo. I shook my head with disbelief. "Why do you make the worst of the simplest things, Mom? I was cold because you didn't turn the bloody A.C. off, so Jc was nice enough to sneak into my blankets to warm me up. That's all." Mom laughed a bit. "Fine fine, just didn't want anyone getting hurt. I'm going out for the day with Theresa. Nothing risky, you hear me young lady?!" she said jokingly. "Yes ma'am" I replied, chuckling.
I slipped back in the blanket, closing my eyes and keeping quiet, right before Jc fluttered open his beautiful brown eyes. After stretching his muscular arms, he hooked one around my stomach, using the other to brush my dark auburn hair out of my face. "Good morning, beautiful" he whispered delicately into my ear, before kissing lightly on my forehead. I couldn't help but smile. "Good morning," I whispered, grinning at him widely. "How was your sleep?" I asked politely, turning over to look at him. "Simply perfect." he winked at me before hearing Ricardo making noises. We both looked over to see what was going on. Ricardo had been making vomit noises at us. "You guys are gross" he said, "vomiting" all over. "Oh god," he yelled. "My eyesss. It burnsss!!" Jc and I laughed in amusement. "Shut up Ricardo, you'll find someone eventually."
Well.. It's been a longlonglonglonglong time. But. I'm back. I've been struggling with my writing and haven't gotten much time for it. I'll publish as often as I can - and that's a promise! The next chapter will just be a quick run-over of things that happened in the huuuuuuuge time gap.
