 I arrived to school a week later after the incident, I held my head high ans walked past all the starring and mutterings of, "She got raped? Ha yeah right" I heard that and stopped and turned and looked at the dude I brought my hand up and flipped him off, "Screw you jackass" I yelled and started walking again I spotted Jake out of the crowd he was talking to his friends, he seen me and smiled I kept my face grim and kept walking he frowned and excused himself and ran up to me, "Hey Ash haven't seen you since... well uh anyways good to see you back" He said smiling at me I stopped in the hallway I looked for anyone I grabbed his arm, ignoring the tingles, and dragged him into the empty classroom, he looked at me astonished, "Listen Jake" I said anger swirling in my eyes he seen my eyes and backed away, "Thanks for helping me, but I don't want it, just leave me alone" I growled and turned to leave but he grabbed my wrist, "I want to try something" He said he obviously missing my eyes narrowing in on him he wrapped his arms around my waist I put my hands on his chest getting ready to push him away, instead his lips touched mine hesitantly, his lips set me on fire I leaned into the kiss he took that as a go and kissed me more passionately he licked my lip I was about to open when it finally registered I pulled back and took and huge step back tears formed in my eyes I pushed them back and just ran out the room with him yelling my name,"Ash come back" he shouted I ignore him and kept running away I got to my locker, that was the best kiss ever, and I pushed him back, god I am so stupid why did I do that! I hit my head on the lockers a couple of times, "You know if you keep doing that your going to get brain damage" a highly amused tone said next to me I straightened up and looked at the brown-headed girl starring at me, "Do I know you?" I asked she looked at me and shook her head, "No, I am new around here, I was headed to my locker when I seen you banging your head" she said smiling, I smiled a tight smile, "What's your name?" I asked, "Marley Jane's," she said sticking her hand out, "yours?" she asked I put my hand in her's, "Ashlynn Taylor, it's nice to meet you" I said her eyes widened, "So your the girl everyone is talking about" she said my smile slipped off my face, "Yeah that's me" I said grimly turned and opened my locker, I turned and she was still standing there, "Do you want to be my friend, I mean I heard a rumor, that you are called the Quiet One and.." she leaned in, "that you were beat, and raped by your step-father" she said in a whisper, I pulled back eyes widened and tears swelling in my eyes I nodded, "That's true, you don't want to be friends with me" I said quietly she frowned, "Why not? Just because they call you the Quiet One dosn't mean you can't have friends, you just need to prove them wrong that you are smarter than them" she said proudly, "I..uh..sure" I said and smiled, she grinned and pulled me into a hug, "We are going to be the bestests of friends you just wait" she said pulling back I grabbed my books and closed my locker, "Let me see your schedule" I said she nodded and pulled it out and handed it to me, I skimmed through it and smiled, "You have all but one" I said, "All but one, which class?" she asked, "I'm not in AP math" I said she nodded, "Shoot" she said I nodded, "Well let's go" she said grabbing my arm and pulling me to class I laughed at her, "Marley, we have one tiny problem thought" I said she stopped dead in her tracks making me run into her back I backed up a bit as she swirled around, "What is it?" she said eyebrows furrowing in anticipation, "Well Jake likes to sit next to me, and we had a fight so I don't know if we will sit next to each other or not" I said quietly, "You have a boyfriend! I thought you were alone!" she said squealing, "No he's not my boyfriend, he I don't know what to call him" I said she nodded then her eyes widened, "OMG it's not the Jake I think your talking about is it?" she asked astonished I nodded, "Jake Collins, he happened to be walking by my house when I ran out from getting hurt even more from the bastered, and ever since he...Oh and he saved me from being raped all the way" I said she smiled, "He is such a hero, what did you two get in a fight about?" she asked me pulling me out of the doors to a bench outside, "I told him I don't want to see him again, and he kissed me, that's why I was banging my head on the lockers, because I pushed him away when I shouldn't have, because it was the best kiss I have ever had" I said looking at her she looked appaled, "You two kissed, aw that is so cute the hero not only saves you, he has enough feelings to kiss you" she said hugging me I smiled, "I'm a hero, never thought I would be called one in a million years" I heard from behind me, "Jake, you were eavesdropping" I said turning around, "Actually I only heard what she said, I was to find you and return you to the classroom" he said matter of fact, "Oh, oh gosh I forgot about class" I said sadly, "It's alright" Marley said, " I am going to head to class, you two need to talk" she said, "Bye Ashlynn" she said before I could tell her no she ran off, I sighed, "Ash I am sorry, I shouldn't have kissed you" Jake said sitting down next to me I looked at him, "Your sorry" I squeaked he nodded tears fell down my face, I clutched my chest as a searing pain went through it, I held back a sob I stood on shaky legs and was about to leave when Jake grabbed my hand and stopped me he pulled my chin to face him he noticed I was crying and wiped the tears away, "I was only saying sorry because I thought you didn't like it" he whispered, "I..I liked it" I said shakily, he smiled, "Then can I kiss you?" he asked I nodded he leaned in and captured my lips I wrapped my arms around his neck and clutched onto his brown hair pulling him closer to me, one of his arms were wrapped around my waist as another was clutching onto my hair as if I was going to run away, I pulled back for breath, "Ash will you be my girlfriend" he asked panting I pulled back and looked into his eyes, "Jake I would......."

I know a cliffhanger but it's going to keep you on your toes, just like that damn Breaking Dawn, lol,
