Alex's POV:
It was just another ordinary day, Kyle wasn't at school though. Its been a few days Im starting to worry.
*A few days later*
"I haven't seen him since he sla-" I froze. I couldn't tell Shannon (my sister) about the slap.. Knowing her she would have just killed Kyle herself. After his Grandfather died he started to....abuse me. Nobody knew. I haven't told anyone just because I knew what would happen. If I told anyone about Kyle abusing me. He would just kill me. I mean that wouldn't be that bad. It would take the pain away.
Shannon's POV:
Ever since Kyle came back Alex has been acting weird.
"Alex come on finish your sentence." She frowned tears forming in her bright green eyes. Her purple hair (which she dyes all the time) covering her face (like always).
"I-i-its nothing.....its just Kyle had um...slapped a fence post." Like I was gunna believe that.
"Alex please..."
"No just...leave me alone!" She ran up to her room tears streaming down her face (part of her hair cover one specific spot).
Alex's POV:
I ran to my bathroom and locked the door.
"Your nothing. Worthless. Just a big waste of space and time." Kyle's words. I uncovered the 2 inch piece of face that was covered by hair.
I looked at the black and blue bruise. All from a slap. "Maybe he's right," tears still streaming down my face, "maybe you are a worthless nothing." Thats when my phone rang. I picked it up and got a text.
Unknown number
I know you slept with Cameron while dating Kyle. You worthless little whore.

Why do people have to be so shallow enough to start up rumors. Rumors that don't make sense and that are stupid. It all needs to stop.
