Tzuyu's P.O.V
I woke up, it was silent, everything is ghost-white. I looked around and found out I am in the school hospital. I went up in a sitting position, the the doctor came. "What happened? Ohh--" i was cut in mid sentence. I just smiled at myself, i laughed, it happened again. Mrs. Park smiled at me, her pearly white teeth showing. "Your case is getting worse, Tzuyu-ah" she said with a slighty worried tone. "-Sigh- I know, I guess i'll just have to be careful." I said trying to smile. "You know that wouldnt work" she said. I have ALS, i found out when i was four, we went to the hospital because I fell down the stairs, stairs that are fairly small. They tought I was sleeping, but I heard everything. I'm used to my clumsiness, but passing out like that rarely happens. "Well can I go now?" I asked tho I know the answer. "No, you should rest for a bit.".I lay down my bed. I heard the chirping of birds,and before i knew it i fell asleep.
Barely a minute later I woke up. I dont know the explenation for this, but I do this sometimes. I looked out of the window, it was still about 1:00. The competition isnt done yet since i could still hear the distant cheers and yells of people. Mrs. Park came in, "Can I go now?" I asked. "Yeah, you had a nice long sleep, so i think its alright for you to go".
I went out of the hospital, walked down the hallway to the court. The moment I came in the court, Twice saw me. "Yah! You scared me!" Jihyo said in a playful voice. This cheered me up. They dont know anything about my illness. I just smiled at them, I really appreciate them, theyve done so much for me and I havent thank them enough.
Jihyo's P.O.V
The competition was almost finished when Tzuyu came. The teachers and producers were just congratulating everyone for the hardwork. Anyway we won. But that didnt matter, I just feel, i dont know?? That there's something wrong with Chewy. So when she was approaching the gates to go home, I went after her. "Chewy-ahh! What did the doctor say?" I asked. She looked bewildered. "Well she told me I was just exshausted from the game. Why?"."Nothing, just wondering." I said. "Oh. Bye then Jihyo unnie!" She said as she waved a playful hand at me. I smiled and waved back.
I walked to where my feet would carry me. Tzuyu is great at keeping secrets, true she sounded like she was saying the truth, but ive experienced times when she sounded very convinsing, like when she said she didnt have cold the other day, but I knew she did, because I saw her mother buying her some medicine.
Tzuyu's P.O.V
As the bus bumped and stopped, i was thinking. I remembered that guy. I closed my eyes and told myself, 'No Chewy, you should remember what those boys did to your mom'. I opened my eyes. I really love my mother, and my father too of course. You might be asking why im so affected by her childhood, well it left her scars.
