I walked up to the house where I dropped off Isabell a couple of days ago. I knocked. The door creaked open, though no one was there. "Hello?" I called out. No answer. "Maybe I have the wrong house.." I turned, then heard something. "I-I'm coming!" I heard Isabell shout. "Give me a m-minute!" I heard a grunt, footsteps running, then Isabell popped her head out the door. She stepped out of the doorway to show herself. Beautiful, as always. A long, red stained dress, amazing black heels, and her hair pulled up and bangs curled. "Shall we go?" I asked, holding out my hand to her.

After the movie, a disturbingly rude vampire movie, I had to take Isabell home. "Oh, Isabell," I smiled. "Maybe we can do this again sometime." Isabell nodded. "Of course," she said. "But my side still stings." I blinked, knowing that my entire body had stung when I had changed. Isabell stared at me. "Er, lets get you home," I said, taking her hand. I smiled and she did too. With my free hand, I lifted her head, leaned closer to her and kissed her forehead. She chuckled. "Yea, lets go," She giggled.

I dropped her off and left, kissing her forehead on my way out. I had said hello to her mother, traditional greetings. I walked into the empty street, listening for any russling or talking. Nothing. Good. I started walking, the stopped dead as three people walked up to me. I recognized them instantly. "Oh, goodie goodie!" One of them said. "A wittle boy all awone!" The male, Jacob as I remembered him, grinned evily. "Oh, yes, Emily," he snarled. "Little boy all alone." Emily and another female stepped closer to me, so I bared my teeth and hissed. "Now, now, girls," Jacob said. "This one is mine. Sara, get Emily away from my dinner!" Sara grabbed Emily and yanked her back, sending her flying. Vampires. Of course. Jacob smiled. "You, boy, your not a mortal." He said, phrasing it as a statement. I shrugged. "Sure," I said as nonchalantly as I could. Sara laughed, the pitch high. I flinched. Jacob scowled, then snarled, "Great. No dinner tonite either." The two left, with Emily racing after them, leaving me alone thinking, What the hell was that?
