I have never heard of this ship before, mostly because I don't even know who Yukari is :( sorry. But judging by this picture, I'd say Yukari is gentle and lady like, Kiyoteru being a gentleman and professional. I'm not sure if this is true or not, but if it is, this would be a perfect ship!! And even if Yukari was cheerful and bouncy, this pic shows that she can be serious too, which would also be totally cute!!
