My morning is off to a terrible start you have no idea how crazy my life is. "Hiro..",I yelled up to my brother,"where's my suit?!".I have been looking for it all morning and nothing.
Hiro came downstairs still in his pajamas with messy hair and disgusting morning breath when he talks,"Can't you just go back to sleep?" Hiro is lazy almost all the time,but he's the smartest 13 year old boy I know.His GPA is out of this world,he's been invited to many collages,but he refuses to go because of his "busy" schedule.
"No Hiro I can't I need to be at school in-",I stop to look at the clock which read 7:50 am,"five minutes?!".I literally almost passed out and started going crazy looking for that stupid suit. "Hiro you know today is THE DAY right?!
Hiro yawned,"Chill out,what 'day' are you talking about?",I point to the calendar on our wall nearby as Hiro reads it."Oh my god why didn't you say anything you need your suit right when school ends?!"I shake my head,then after about 10 minutes we finally found my suit. "Oops I forgot that I had hidden it in a new spot that way it didn't get ruined.",Hiro says with a nervous laugh,"You should go now".I look at my watch and it reads 8:10 am,"Oh no I'm so dead,later bro!",I ran out the door trying to find a ride to school. ~Penny's POV~
Today was like any other school day,we listen to the teacher teach,then when it's time for group work there's only me and Wilbur,missing a member of our group,Violet."Where is she?",I whispered to Wilbur,"We kinda need her in order to be a group."
Wilbur whispered back,"I have no idea...",he shows me his phone,"I've been texting her all morning and she never replied." As our teacher was talking she gets interrupted by the door opening,it was Violet.
Our teacher gives Violet an angry glare and says,"Late again I see Ms.Parr. What's your excuse this time?".
"No excuse just late ma'am." Violet replied as she walked to her seat quietly.Wilbur and I walked up to her while she was pulling out her math book.Then she looks up at us,"Hey,guys what did I miss?".
Wilbur was about to say something,but I interrupted him,"Why were you late?", I asked Violet,but she gave me that 'really-Penny?' look and turned to Wilbur.
"Gee thanks Pen very helpful information.",she said,"Wilbur?"
Wilbur got nervous and almost froze,but he was able to act 'cool' about it,"Oh,just a bunch of algebra stuff like inequalities...yea.",he almost fell out of his chair trying to finish his sentence.
I stood in front of Violet determined to get an answer out of her,"Don't ignore my question.".Violet was searching through her bag as if she lost something.I didn't fall for it though,she does that all the time when she's trying to change the subject."Why were you late?",I asked.
Violet sighed as she stopped going through her bag,"I-I lost something this morning at home.",she said with hesitation,"I've been looking for it all morning,so it took a while.".
Wilbur then had something to say,"The truth Vi? I don't believe that it took you all morning just to look for something that could've waited until after school.".I kinda wished he hadn't said that even though I was thinking the same thing.
Violet snapped,"Well,that is the truth Wilbur!",the whole class heard her yell,then the teacher shushed her with just an evil glare. She sighs,"I'm sorry,but can we just get to work now?".Wilbur and I glanced at each other worried,but nodded in agreement to get to work.
*Author's note: So how was it? Sorry if it was bad I kinda wanted the first chapter to be short that way I'm not giving out to much information at once right? Lol sorry...anyway!
